They were blessed with their first child, a baby boy on June 21, 2023, after 5 years of marital bliss. The madly-in-love duo kept the baby boy's name Ruhaan. And since his birth, the little one has hijacked Shoaib and Dipika's social media handles. Every now and then, the doting parents update their fans with cutesy glimpses from their lives. Taking to his IG stories on July 25, 2023, Shoaib Ibrahim shared a beautiful video, featuring his wife, and their one-month-old baby boy, Ruhaan. Dipika too, reshared the cute video on her IG stories with a heart emoticon. In the video, the mother-son duo was seen adorably dancing to a song in their bedroom. While only partial glimpses of Dipika and Shoaib's munchkin were seen, we can spot Ruhaan's teeny tiny hand, which melted our hearts. Dipika was seen holding his hand while making soft dance moves. Dipika's happiness was clearly visible, and she looked pretty in casuals, including a printed yellow kurta paired with a white dupatta.

On July 21, 2023, Dipika Kakar took to her IG handle and posted the first-ever picture with her newborn son, Ruhaan. In the photo, Shoaib held his baby boy in his arms while Dipika held his tiny hands and gave a peck of love. The doting parents' happiness was visible on their faces while staring at their little bundle of joy. Alongside it, Dipika expressed gratitude towards her fans for praying for her baby.
On July 17, 2023, Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar were spotted exiting a hospital along with their son, Ruhaan. They reportedly went for a regular checkup of their little prince. In the video shared by the paps, the doting parents were seen moving towards their car along with their little one. For the hospital visit, while Shoaib wore all-white casuals, Dipika opted for a pink and white-printed salwar suit. And their cute little son, wrapped in a yellow swaddle, was carried by the loving daddy in his arms. Although the newbie daddy hid his son's face from the paps, Ruhaan's partial glimpses simply melted our hearts.

On July 15, 2023, Shoaib Ibrahim posted a vlog on his YouTube channel, wherein he could be heard revealing cutesy anecdotes from his parenthood journey. In the vlog, the actor asked his wife, Dipika, about her current days. Answering the same, the actress mentioned that she is sleep deprived. At the end of the video, Shoaib shared a funny incident about his son, Ruhaan. The newbie daddy revealed that the little one peed on his phone two days back. To this, Dipika smiled and added, "Bilkul mera beta hai sabse pehle jo kiya hai phone pe kiya hai." This was simply an adorable moment for the family of three.
