Bollywood actress, Ileana D'Cruz and her beau, Michael Dolan welcomed their baby boy on August 1, 2023. The doting parents lovingly named their kid Koa Phoenix Dolan. Since then, Ileana, being an avid social media user, keeps sharing peek-a-boo moments with her little boy, Koa Phoenix Dolan. From celebrating her motherhood phase to the baby boy's second-month birthday, little anecdotes about Koa and many other cutesy glimpses from the mother-son duo's journey, Ileana has been spending the best phase of her life. Now, Ileana shared a picture with the baby, in which she looked tensed as the baby was hurting.
Taking to her IG handle on October 4, 2023, Ileana D'Cruz shared two selfies with her son, Koa Phoenix Dolan. In the first picture, she was seen posing for the lens while Koa was sleeping on her chest while closely hugging her. However, she looked a bit stressed in the adorable glimpse and looked a little worked up. The picture showed half of Ileana’s face with a frown and a serious look, indicating something was creating trouble for her. Atop it, she wrote a note mentioning that Koa was hurting and dealing with some kind of pain. Her note can be read as:
“Nothing prepares you for the pain you feel when your little one is hurting.”

Afterwards, Ileana shared another picture with her baby boy, Koa on her IG stories. In the picture, dark circles and a pale look were visible on the new mommy's face, along with her messy hair pointing towards the stress she has been going through. We can also spot Koa's small fingers on Ileana's chest, and atop it, the newbie mommy penned:
"Baby cuddles all day for my little trooper. Mama got some hugs in too."

In the picture, the doting mommy was seen cradling her baby boy while he kept his head on her shoulders. The little one looked adorable in a striped shirt. While her mommy was seen smiling the brightest.

It was on July 17, 2023, when Ileana dropped romantic pictures with her beau, Michael Dolan, after being tight-lipped about her child's father for a long time.
