A lot of things are keeping Bollywood’s Johnny Gaddar aka Neil Nitin Mukesh busy lately. Firstly, his hush-hush roka ceremony to Mumbai-based girl, Rukmini Sahay and then, the classy response he threw at everyone who trolled him on his engagement on Twitter.

For the first time since all of this happened, the actor opened up about his arranged marriage, his lovely-looking fiancee, Rukmini, and how he realised she was the one for him. In an interview with a leading publication, the actor opened up about how he met Rukmini half-heartedly and then instantly fell in love with her.
We are starting with the most basic thing (which also happens to be the most intriguing part), how he agreed to settle down for an arranged marriage despite having serious relationships with actresses from the industry. It will be a big lie if we say we aren’t too excited to know that part.
So, talking about how one thing led to the other, the actor shared:
"Even I thought I will find someone on my own. But the most beautiful thing about an arranged marriage is, love is inevitable if you find the right girl. I have been hoping to find someone for the last two-three years; even mom and dad have been talking about it for so long."
Talking about who played cupid for this light-eyed actor, he said:
"Suddenly, on the first day of Ganpati, a common family friend mentioned Rukmini. I was supposed to fly to Sri Lanka for a show and was not even serious about it. But my father (Nitin Mukesh) insisted that I meet her. And when I met her, I knew that she was the one. She is pretty, but more importantly, she is a good human being. Puri duniya dhoondh li, aur mere ghar ke paas mil gayi woh! She stays next to my new house in Andheri and it is a big coincidence that despite the families knowing each other, we never met! So, it is all destiny."
We all have seen Neil’s fiancee's photos and we must say, she is one hell of a stunner. But, besides her striking looks, the actor reveals how he got bowled over.
"Family comes first for me, and Rukmini has gelled well with them. If my parents are happy, I am happy, too. In my past relationships, too, I did feel that I have found someone who has the same wavelength as me, but unfortunately, it didn't work out."
Talking about where Neil and Rukmini will be staying post marriage (since he just got done with the interiors of his new house), he said:
"Rukmini is the most important woman in my life now, and I plan to shift with her into my new house. But I don't think my dad will let that happen. He will want us to stay with him in our South Mumbai residence, so we will have to sneak away to our Andheri home on and off to spend some quiet moments together."
About his chemistry with Rukmini, Neil said:
"Our chemistry is outstanding. She understands that I am a little bit of a prankster. I have a habit of joking around and sometimes people don't understand my jokes. They might get offended sometimes, but she instantly understood the kind of person I am and laughed at every point."
With whatever he has said till now, we totally get the kind of emotions Neil has for his fiancé. Talking a bit more about her, Neil blushed:
"I think she (Rukmini) is just perfect. She is the perfect balance that any man would want in his woman. She is simple, beautiful, loving and all the awesome adjectives I can think of. She fits them all."
Looks like Neil is totally smitten by his beautiful fiance and why not, when you are in love, nothing else matters. Here's wishing Neil and Rukmini a very special and beautiful journey ahead. You guys look gorgeous and may you always be each other's strength.
