Television actress, Neha Marda is enjoying every moment of her pregnancy journey. The mommy-to-be revealed that the biggest challenge she faced during her pregnancy was not able to sleep. However, the actress also shared how she combats the difficulty. She also gave some tips to her fellow moms-to-be. For the unversed, Neha Marda got married to Ayushman Agrawal in 2012. After ten years of marital bliss, the duo announced their pregnancy.
On December 13, 2022, Neha took to her Instagram handle and posted a hilarious video. In the clip, we can see her donning a cosy pastel blue coloured nightsuit. The mom-to-be was trying to sleep with her pregnancy pillow, but it was of no use. Alongside it, Neha revealed that the biggest problem she faced during her pregnancy was insomnia.

In her long note, Neha revealed that many moms-to-be go through difficulty in sleeping when their baby is growing in the uterus. She added that one could combat this symptom by cutting out on caffeine, tea and soda. Neha also advised her followers to cut off screen time. An excerpt from her note can be read as:
"One of my biggest challenges in pregnancy was insomnia. Yes, many moms-to-be face trouble sleeping when growing a baby in their uterus. These tips can be used for general sleeping trouble too. 1. Cut out caffeinated drinks like soda, tea, coffee from your diet as much as possible, especially after evening. 2. Keep your phone away at least 30 mins before you go to bed."
Neha Marda announced her pregnancy in November 2022. She posted pictures with her hubby, Ayushman. Neha looked gorgeous in a red gown and flaunted her baby bump. On the other hand, her hubby wore a tuxedo. Alongside it, Neha shared that she is soon going to welcome a baby and they are super excited about their new journey.
