However, it seems like the Kapoors are already one step ahead of everyone else in terms of celebrations. As the veteran actress, Neetu Kapoor shared a picture from her children, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni's pre-Rakhi dinner on her social media handle.
For the unversed, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen next in director, Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra with superstars like Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Alia Bhatt. However, at the moment, he is shooting for Luv Ranjan's untitled film in Delhi with actress, Shraddha Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, and others.

On August 13, 2021, Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram handle and shared a stunning picture of her kids, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, from their pre-Raksha Bandhan dinner. However, the doting mommy wasn't present at the dinner party and joined them virtually. A glimpse of which Riddhima has shown in the picture. While Ranbir looked cool in his cream coloured sweatshirt and cargo pants, Riddhima can be seen donning a black top with bootcut jeans. Along with the picture, Neetu wrote, "Cutiesss Pre Raksha Bandhan dinner" in the caption.
Last year on Raksha Bandhan, we had witnessed some cute and goofy pictures of the Kapoor siblings, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. After a fan page of Ranbir Kapoor had shared four unseen pictures of the sibling duo. In the first picture, we could see Ranbir irritating Riddhima by resting his chin over her head. While, in the second picture, we could see the siblings posing for the camera as Riddhima holds the aarti ka thaal.
In the third picture as well, we could see Ranbir Kapoor irritating his sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, as she had seemed to be saying something. However, in the fourth picture, the siblings could be seen posing for a selfie. The fan page had also shared a picture that includes Ranbir's girlfriend, Alia Bhatt, posing with the family. Talking about Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni's relationship, then, in a throwback interview of the doting sister with the Vogue magazine, she had revealed a fun anecdote from her growing up days. However, before revealing the same, she had said that Ranbir has always been a loving brother.
Riddhima Kapoor Sahni had said, "He has always been open about his personal life with me. One of the funniest things he would do when I was studying in London, was to raid my cupboard for potential gifts he could give his 'crushes'. Sometimes, when I was back home, one of them would end up visiting us wearing one of my belongings and I would be like, 'That's mine, right?' making sure I pulled him up."

Ranbir Kapoor's much-awaited period drama, Shamshera, set in the 1800s, will reportedly release in 2022.
