Calling it a nice phase, the actress mentioned that it was difficult for her as Vivek was an already-married man with two kids. In her words:

“I have some connection with planes. I met him in the plane. Yes, that was a very nice phase. It was difficult because he was already married with two children. It was a tough time for me, very very tough time. Nikal gaya (that time has passed).”

Once in a conversation with the Navbharat Times, Neena Gupta talked about how everything in her life was unplanned, and she enjoyed every moment of her life, no matter what. Mentioning that she never wanted to show her brave side in any way, she called everything God’s plan. Taking a dig at her relationship with Vivian Richards, Neena said:

“I did not plan that I will fall in love with a person with whom I cannot live and have a child with him as well. I never planned that I should do something brave. I just faced the situations God gave me.”

Earlier, in an interview with the ETimes, Neena Gupta's husband, Vivek Mehra talked about his bond with Neena's daughter, Masaba Gupta. He shared that he advises her and revealed that they both share mutual trust with each other. Mentioning that Masaba was just a teenager when they met, Vivek added:

"With Masaba, it’s excellent. These days she is taking a lot of my time as we discuss work. I help and advise her, and that shows she trusts me. And I too have equal trust in her. When we got married, Masaba was a teenager. We went out for four-five years before tying the knot. And while Masaba was a little concerned in the first few days, she took to me. I am a very likable guy.”

On the work front, Neena was last seen in the film, Uunchai.
