Nayanthara, one of the leading actresses in the South Indian film industry, is all set to make her debut in Bollywood with the much-anticipated movie, Jawan. The movie will hit the theatres on September 7, 2023. However, talking about her personal life, Nayanthara and her hubby, Vignesh Shivan have been enjoying the best phase of their lives with their two cute twins, whom they named Uyir and Ulagam. There's no denying the fact that the actress enjoys a massive fanbase for her top-notch acting skills and divine beauty. However, the taboo of surgery never leaves a chance to pop out every now and then in actors' lives. And the similar happened with Nayanthara as a few of her before and after pictures were shared on Reddit.
Recently, an internet user took to the discussion platform, Reddit and dropped a bunch of collages of Nayanthara's before and after looks. And hats off to the grooming and the hard work that the diva has been doing. Having said that, Nayanthara looked completely unrecognisable in the pictures from her early days. In both of the pictures from now as well as from back in those days, the actress looked stunning. However, it was not liked by a certain section of the netizens, who started dropping mean comments about the same and claimed that Nayanthara had undergone surgery. Sharing the photos, the user penned:
"Nayantara looks completely different in those before pictures. Her surgeon really worked some magic!"

As soon as the Nayanthara's now-then collages were shared, netizens bombarded the comment sections with their views. Reacting to the photos, one user wrote: "The plastic surgeon deserves an award." Another user took to the comment section and penned, "Looks like she fixed her nose, made the top and bottom lip equal and a little eyebrow lift.
Honestly that’s some good work…. Looks so natural. I’ve always wanted to get eyebrow lift myself and it’s hard to find a good doctor that doesn’t make the forehead look all “lifted”." For those who don't know, Nayanthara is a big lover of tattoos, and she has a lot of them on her several body parts. However, several years ago, one of the tattoos of the actress made her the subject of massive trolling. For the unversed, Nayanthara was earlier in a relationship with Prabhu Deva, and during that time, the latter was already married and had three kids with his wife. Moreover, it was Nayanthara who was seen flaunting one of her tattoos that featured the initial of her ex-boyfriend, Prabhudeva. Later, after she and Prabhu parted ways, the actress made some modifications to her tattoo and dropped several photos of the same.
