Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife, Aaliya Siddiqui has been leading all the headlines, ever since she stepped up and spoke about the differences in her marital life with the actor. Be it through her social media handles or various interviews, she has revealed many unheard anecdotes about her personal life, that has grabbed eyeballs. Moreover, her recent participation in the reality show, Bigg Boss OTT 2 also garnered a lot of attention, since she spoke about her marital fallout a couple of times in the show as well.
After making her exit from Bigg Boss OTT 2, Aaliya has been emersed in a lot of new projects, due to which she has had to stay away from home and most importantly, from her children. However, she finds herself a bit assured, as her husband, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has been filling out her space and spending a lot of time with their children in her absence. Speaking about the same in an interview with ETimes, Aaliya revealed that she feels proud of her estranged husband, Nawaz for his change of actions. In her words:
“I haven’t met the kids yet, it has been a month. Nawaz is roaming with the kids all over, currently they are in Hyderabad since he is shooting there. The kids are very happy with their father and the biggest support I have from Nawaz is that he has come closer to the kids. He is taking care of them. Nawaz is giving them a lot of time and he has fulfilled his responsibility towards the kids. There can be no bigger support than this. I am very proud of him.”

In the same interview, Aaliya spoke about the project in her hand, that has been keeping her busy these days. Calling it one of her dream projects, she revealed that this was the first time that she took the directorial chair, and every bit of it has been a grand experience. Revealing how she has totally immersed herself in the work, she mentioned:
“This is my dream project, a story based on my life, my childhood journey. I had written it a long ago, but didn’t get a chance to make it. Now I am shooting it. This is my first experience as a director and I am enjoying it a lot. I was so immersed in the shooting that I nearly lost myself in the making.”
Post her spat with her husband, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Aaliya is currently dating her Italian beau, and has not shied away from revealing it out in the world. She even clearly admitted that she has been loving every bit of her new life with the man. In one of her previous interviews with Bollywood Bubble, Aaliya reacted to whether her daughter, Shora is aware of the new man in her life. To this, Aaliya revealed that she has introduced her beau to her daughter as a friend as of now, and nothing more.

In yet one of her other interviews with ETimes, Aaliya spoke about her plans of marrying her beau. Without revealing the man’s name, she added that he worked in the IT sector. Moreover, she emphasised that the kind of equation she had with him at the moment, was peaceful, and she wouldn’t want to disturb it at all by marriage. In her words:
“No. We have decided that this relationship is not with a tag. But we are clear that we want to stay with each other for the longest time possible. Bahut sukoon mil raha hai. Bahut acha lag raha hai. I have someone in my life who is very concerned about me and cares for me a lot."
