However, it wasn't just about the divorce but more about the allegations Aaliya had put on her estranged husband, Nawazuddin Siddiqui. From accusing Nawazuddin of not taking care of her emotionally and supporting her to revealing that his mother, brother, and sisters had tortured her for years, the accusations were way too dark to be associated with such an incredibly talented and humble actor. However, after some months, Nawaz's estranged wife, Aaliya, withdrew her divorce statement and is ready for reconciliation. Now, her brother-in-law, Shamas Siddiqui has revealed whether his brother will take a step forward towards her or not.
In an interview with ETimes, Bollywood actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother, Shamas Siddiqui reacted to his brother's estranged wife, Aaliya's decision to withdraw her divorce statement and to have a reconciliation with Nawazuddin and his family. He said, "I read the news, and I want to speak. I want to say that Nawaz and Aaliya's kids (Shora and her younger brother Yaani) should get their rightful share of love from both their parents." Shamas also added that he doesn't want his issues with his sister-in-law, Aaliya to become a barrier. He added, "My issues should not come in their way. I have separate and different issues with Aaliya. I had put money in her film project, and the matter is in Court. I will take the next step only after I consult my lawyers Mr Deepesh Mehta and Mr Kaushal Thakkar."
Going further in his conversation, Shamas Siddiqui also revealed whether his brother, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will take a step towards his wife, Aaliya and will accept her offer of reconciliation or not. The doting brother said, "Nawaz ek acha insaan hai. His speciality is that he never leaves anybody in the lurch."
