For the unversed, the Russian Doll actress was seen being kicked off a flight from Los Angeles to New York City after the Euphoria 3 premiere. In fact, her fully see-through outfit at the premiere of Euphoria sparked major debates online. On April 8, 2026, Natasha took to her Instagram handle and shared some snaps from the red carpet event and expressed her gratitude for being part of Euphoria 3. Amid this, her before-and-after pictures surfaced.

There have been speculations surrounding Natasha Lyonne going under the knife. However, she remained tight-lipped until 2025. In a 2025 candid interview with Marie Claire, Natasha Lyonne gave a subtle reply to whether she had done any cosmetic work. Natasha expressed her wish to have bigger upper lips, bigger boobs and fuller body (BBL). The Poker Face actress also explained why she had not done any serious cosmetic procedures. Natasha added that being a character actor going under the knife to have a serious cosmetic change is a bit difficult. She was quoted as saying:

"Listen, I don't think you're going to find any woman in this town who hasn't had a dermatologist put a laser on their face. But I've never had anything that made me not be able to go to dinner right after. If I could, I would get one of those really poufy upper lips. That’s why I’m always overdrawing my upper lip line. I’d probably also get really big boobs and a really big BBL. I'm a character actor who is sometimes famous and sometimes not. You're limited by that, unfortunately, because you've got to have your face move and stuff. Funny people, you can't be fully frozen."

When Natasha Lyonne got candid about ageing brought her more work opportunities in Hollywood

During the same candid conversation, Natasha shared her views on whether ageing has a bad impact on getting work opportunities. Natasha stated that for her, it’s actually not true that a woman gets fewer opportunities at a certain age. The Russian Doll star mentioned that ageing brought her more work opportunities in Hollywood. She was quoted as saying:

"It’s not actually [true] that a woman has fewer opportunities at a certain age. As someone fully entrenched on that other side of that Maxim magazine I never did, now I have more opportunities than I ever did."

Natasha Lyonne's weight loss journey

In 2024, Natasha dropped over 30 pounds, and it was all because of her disciplined workout routine. She chose to lose weight to improve her overall health. The Poker Face star wanted to feel energised. However, Natasha prefers to work out in dimly lit rooms while wearing earplugs and stays hidden in the back corner of her gym. She also struggled to quit smoking. In a 2023 interview with People, Natasha shared that quitting smoking made her softer. Natasha added that quitting cigarettes made a positive change in both her physical and mental health. She was quoted as saying:

"I'm becoming a lot softer with age. I was like, tough for so many years — like leather, sunglasses, chain, smoking, tough guy. And I'm noticing that I'm getting much softer. I notice that I'm sort of, I'm becoming a bit of a softie in my old age."

Natasha has also chosen a balanced diet with the occasional low-carb diet to manage her weight. She is also a regular at the gym. However, Natasha has kept the exact location of her workouts under wraps. But she loves sharing glimpses of her post-workout life on Instagram.
