Hardik Pandya's Wife, Natasa Stankovic's Blouse For 'Phera' Was Made From Real 'Jadau' Jewels

Indian model-turned-actress, Natasa Stankovic tied the knot with Indian cricketer, Hardik Pandya in a grand ceremony at Raffles Udaipur. During the pandemic, the duo had an intimate wedding three years ago, curbing their plan of a grand wedding. However, three years later, Natasa made all her wishes come true as she renewed her wedding vows with, Hardik, in the presence of their favourite people and their little boy, Agastya.

As much as we all loved Natasa's gown from her white wedding, her look from the phera ceremony became the town's talk. In modern times, when brides ditch the red colour on their wedding, Natasa happily donned it for her Indian wedding. She wore Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla's golden gown featuring red detailing for the wedding, and she quickly changed into a saree for the pheras.

For the phera ceremony, Natasa donned a gorgeous red-hued silk saree designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Her saree was embroidered with gold, pearl, and beads and edged with an intricately beaded border. However, it was Natasa's blouse that grabbed all the attention. Recently, an Instagram page, Diet Sabya, decoded her look. The page revealed that Natasa's blouse was custom-made by the designers.

Natasa's blouse was embroidered with jadau jewellery pieces and jhumki  tassels. If you look closer, Natasa's blouse sleeve gives an illusion of jewellery. We are sure the minimalist will not like it, but we loved Natasa's style and how proudly she accepted her husband, Hardik's culture.  The bride accessorised her look with polki neckpiece, matching earrings and a maang teeka.

Hardik Pandya's wife, Natasa's wedding gown featured their name initials

The moment Hardik and Natasa shared pictures from their white wedding on Valentine's Day, the entire nation's jaws dropped in awe. Their wedding pictures looked straight out of a fairytale. However, not many know that Natasa's wedding gown had the couple's initials embroidered on it. She wore a fitted gown, featuring corseted b dice embroidered with pearls.

It was made by the ace designer duo, Shantanu and Nikhil. The designers had added a personalised touch to Natasa's wedding day gown. In an IG post, the designers revealed that the gown was embellished with precious stones, pristine pearls, and cloud dancer beads, featuring an inner skirt encased with a drape of Parisian Satin.

The designer further revealed that Natasa's wedding day gown had a subtle yet unnoticeable detail of the couple's name initials extending over her long tulle sleeves. The designer had written:

"With the subtle yet unnoticeable detail of N H  extending over the long tulle sleeves; the 15 feet long veil is a lustrous glory of the elaborate craftmanship of forty artisans over the course of fifty days, exhibits an ornate play of pearls, leather sequin and beads manifesting into the fairytale of Nataša’s celebratory ensemble."

Natasa proved that there is nothing wrong with embracing one's culture and unapologetically flaunting your style. We love how she chose to wear a red saree for the pheras.
