There are some people in our lives, who love us more than our parents. They can be our mama-maami, chacha-chachi, nana-nani or dada-dadi, who spoil us from our childhood and we love spending time with them. No matter how big we grow, their love for us never fades. One such relationship is shared between Shilpa Shirodkar with her sister, Namrata Shirodkar’s daughter, Sitara. Shilpa dotes on Sitara and like any maasi, she too loves pampering the little munchkin. Shilpa Shirodkar had made her Bollywood debut in 1989 with Ramesh Sippy’s film, Bhrashtachar. After a brief stint, Shilpa had quit acting in 2000 when she had gotten married to a UK-based banker, Aparesh Ranjit. After a 13-year gap, she had made her comeback in 2013 with Zee TV’s show, Ek Mutthi Aasmaan. Shilpa shares a warm rapport with not just her sister, Namrata Shirodkar but with her brother-in-law, Mahesh Babu too. From family vacations to other celebrations, we love seeing them bonding with one another.
Namrata Shirodkar, Mahesh Babu, and their kids, Sitara and Gautam are spending time with Shilpa in Dubai. On January 27, 2021, Namrata Shirodkar took to her IG handle and shared a picture of Shilpa with Sitara. In the picture, Shilpa can be seen adorably hugging Sitara, exuding maasi love. Along with the picture, Namrata wrote, “Arabian nights... cold weather... In Dubai n very safe… the good life... gratitude! Love! Faith held high.”
On the occasion of Daughter’s Day, Shilpa had taken to her IG handle and had shared a cute picture of her daughter, Anushka with her cousin, Sitara. Along with the picture, Shilpa had penned an emotional note which could be read as “Two most precious Girls in our Lives. Happy Daughter’s Day my girls. On January 22, 2021, Namrata had turned a year older and Shilpa had penned an adorable wish for her. Sharing a picture with Namrata, Shilpa had written, “My darling chin, wishing you a very happy birthday my dearest sister. Love you so so so much chin. Blessings blessings blessings in abundance.” On January 23, 2021, Namrata had taken to her IG handle and had shared pictures and video of her birthday celebration. Namrata had celebrated her birthday in Dubai with her hubby, Mahesh Babu, kids, Gautam and Sitara, sister, Shilpa Shirodkar and other family members. Along with the pictures, Namrata had written, “Make a wish! Another year to be grateful. Surround yourself with people who lift you higher.”
On November 20, 2020, Shilpa Shirodkar had turned a year older and her sister, Namrata Shirodkar had penned a sweet note to wish her. Namrata had taken to her IG handle and had shared an adorable picture with Shilpa and had written, “Sister to sister: We will always be a part of our family tree. A golden string that no one can see binds us from the chords of our hearts. You are special. Wherever you go... whatever you do... I'll always be there for you. Happy Birthday @shilpashirodkar73.
