'Shaadi Kar Lunga' Did Mr. Faisu React After Breaking Up With Alleged Ex Jannat? Old Remark Surfaces

Faisal Shaikh, who is known as Mr. Faisu, recently tied the knot with his lady love, Tanya. Faisu gained attention for his short TikTok videos and was seen with Jannat Zubair. The duo would often leave people in awe with their chemistry. They kept their friendship intact for years, and people linked them romantically. There had been speculation that Faisu had been dating Jannat.

While the buzz was rife, Faisu and Jannat never confirmed that they were dating and went on to maintain that they were each other's close friends. However, speculations never stopped.

Mr. Faisu and Jannat Zubair's alleged breakup: Did he react to the same?

It so happened that after years of friendship, back in March 2025, there was a buzz about a rift between Faisu and Jannat. The reason behind it was nothing dramatic; however, it was a bunch of cryptic posts and Instagram activity from the duo. So, amid Faisu's wedding, let's have a look at whether or not he reacted to the breakup buzz. 

Back in March 2025, social media users noticed that Jannat stopped following Faisu. Not only she, but her brother, Ayan Zubair, and her mother, Nazneen, also unfollowed Faisu. While it felt unusual, another thing on social media grabbed attention. After the buzz that she had unfollowed Faisu, Jannat dropped a cryptic post, wherein it was written that people should accept 'it is what it is', and also let go of what is not meant to be, and look forward to what the future actually holds. The cryptic note could be read as:

"Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be."

All these details on social media led people to believe that there was a possible fallout between Faisu and Jannat. However, none of them has ever publicly spoken about the same. Faisu was following Jannat even after she allegedly unfollowed him; however, a few days later, he also unfollowed his former co-creator. Following this, in July 2025, Mr. Faisu appeared on Elvish Yadav's vlog and confirmed being single.

The conversation started with Elvish and Kriti Mehra's breakup. Amid this, Elvish asked Faisu if the latter was dating someone. To this, Faisu said that he had a girlfriend. He also told Elvish that the latter might be thinking about a certain someone, which most people think; however, there is nothing like that. He further mentioned that he was single and expressed his wish to get married eventually, which he did. Mr. Faisu is now married to his ladylove, Tanya. Speaking about his breakup, Faisu said:

"Meri reh chuki hai ek girlfriend, and aap jo soch rahe ho, wohi bohot log soch rahe hain, but aisa kuch nahi hai. Abhi main single hun, and 1–1.5 saal mein shaadi kar lunga.”

Over the last few weeks, speculations were rife that Mr. Faisu would soon tie the knot, and it was on October 10, 2026, when he confirmed the news by sharing adorable photos on social media. While nothing in detail about Mr. Faisu's wife could be known, it was reported that her name is Nikhat Fatima, and her family and friends call her Tanya. The couple recently got married in Madinah, and reportedly they will celebrate their union with their family and friends in Mumbai.
