A report first shared by Saas Bahu Saazish claimed that Mouni and Suraj are already living separately. The two, who met in 2019, have hit a rough patch in 2026, after four years of marriage. Not only this, a report first shared by Siasat.com, ABP News' Saas Bahuz Saazish, Suraj and Mouni are already divorced. The report also stated that Suraj 'cheated' on Mouni and used her for fame. It further alleged that Suraj also used Mouni's money during their relationship.
The claims are shocking and big, and fans are awaiting Mouni Roy to come out and talk about her relationship status. It is worth mentioning that Suraj has deleted his Instagram profile and has gone completely private right after the buzz about his separation surfaced on the internet. On the other hand, Mouni has not shared her stance on the same, but her best friend, Disha Patani, had also unfollowed Suraj Nambiar.
Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar's love story
Earlier, in an interview with News18, Mouni talked about her love story and shared that she has been a hard-core romantic person who believed in the beauty of old-school love and for her, writing letters and having long conversations mattered a lot. She revealed that she had known Suraj for five years, and it was not a forced relationship but something that grew organically. She was quoted as saying:
"I am a hard-core romantic person. I believe in old school romance and for me writing letters and having long conversations over the phone is romantic. Suraj and I have known each other for five years and it was very organic with us. It was a typical boy-meets-girl and we realised that we complement each other in many ways."
Mouni also talked about the temptations in the modern world and relationships. She added that a person should know how to love themselves and then love their partner. She talked about having so many options that people do not give a chance to the relationship to blossom. She mentioned:

“First of all you need to have self-love. If you don’t love yourself, you can’t love your partner. I also believe that people need to be patient. Today, we have so many options that people do not give each other a chance. You need to understand the relationship, be honest about your feelings and the utmost thing is to respect each other.”
In an earlier interview with BollywoodLife, Mouni Roy talked about embracing motherhood. She mentioned that she is busy concentrating on her career as she had quite a few projects lined up in her kitty. On the other hand, Suraj also wished to focus on his career, and motherhood is not in question for her. She further added that none of her family members was pressuring her to start a family.
