Popular actor, Mohit Malik and his darling wife, Addite Shirwaikar Malik are one of the most sought-after couples in the Television world. For the unversed, the madly-in-love duo were blessed with a baby boy during the lockdown on April 27, 2021. They lovingly call their one-year-old baby boy, Ekbir Malik. And the family of three never miss a chance to swoon millions of hearts with their drool-worthy glimpses.
However, in the last few days, reports were rife in the media that Addite and Mohit were all set to welcome their second child. A source close to the couple revealed to a media portal that Addite was pregnant with their second baby. Moreover, the report read that the actress is in her first trimester, and that the duo were making sure to make of their beautiful time.

A few hours ago, Mohit Malik took to his IG handle and dismissed all the speculations circling his wife, Addite Malik's second pregnancy. He penned a note and mentioned that all these were mere rumours and that he and his darling wife weren't expecting their second child. So he requested everyone not to believe in all such rumours and wrote:
"There are rumours doing the rounds of aditi expecting our second child which is not true! So guys I would request you'll to refrain from believing such news please."
Earlier, on April 27, 2022, Mohit and Addite's firstborn, Ekbir Malik had turned a year older. Undoubtedly, the doting parents celebrated their son's birthday in the most special manner. To make the day memorable, the doting dad, Mohit took to his IG handle and shared a cutesy Reel. The beautiful video compiled all the unseen moments with their son, Ekbir and it was too cute to miss. Sharing the video, he had penned:
"Last year on this date, a father and a mother were born. A beautiful child came in our lives, his lovely smile and sparkling eyes are everything we crave for everyday. Last one year passed very quickly and yet, we can recall every moment that we share with you, you're that precious, you're that special. No matter what kind of day we have at work, just one sight of yours makes us smile with all our heart. Us and are blessings are always with you. We'll always be there for you, you're our world. Love, Mumma and Baba."

Mohit Malik is indeed a loving hubby and a doting daddy. Proof of the same are found many times. For instance, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Mohit had opened up about his feelings toward his son, Ekbir. Talking about the same, he mentioned how this one year has been with his son and how he will always cherish this beautiful feeling of fatherhood. He had said:
“Ekbir is my jaan, he is my soul. How one year has gone by so fast with Ekbir in our lives still leaves me surprised. It just feels like yesterday when we were preparing for our baby to come into our lives while keeping ourselves healthy and safe during the second wave of the pandemic. It was a different experience altogether, but one we will cherish forever.”
