When a couple welcomes their first child, their lives take a complete U-turn. The handsome Shahid Kapoor and his stunning wife, Mira Rajput went through a similar emotion when they had welcomed their first child, Misha Kapoor in 2016. Two years later, in 2018, her then-two-year-old had become an elder sister to her baby brother, Zain.
On August 16, 2021, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's little sunshine, Misha Kapoor had turned five and the doting mommy, Mira had penned a heartmelting wish for her. Mira had taken to her IG stories and had written, "Our life began to play technicolour when you were born my darling Misha. Keep shining, be happy and reach for the stars and the rainbows. You are the light of our lives sweetheart. The Lord's grace in abundance and love forever. Mumma and Papa."

Shahid and Mira celebrated Misha's fifth birthday in Jalandhar and made sure that she has the best birthday. The 'little missy', Misha got two unique rainbow cakes. While scrolling through our feed, we stumbled upon the cute cakes made by The Kitchenette. The cakes had icing in rainbow colours. It also had beautiful butterflies and Misha's name. The Kitchenette also shared a picture of the return gift from Misha along with a cute card.
After teasing the fans with glimpses of the little one’s tiny feet and blurred mirror selfies, Shahid Kapoor had introduced his daughter, Misha Kapoor to the world by posting a black-and-white picture of her, cuddled in mommy, Mira Rajput Kapoor’s arms. Since then, Misha has stolen our hearts with her cuteness.
For Misha's 4th birthday, Mira had organised a Peppa-Pig themed birthday bash. She had posted a series of pictures, wherein we could see the cute DIY decorations. Alongside it, Mira had narrated the thought behind the party planning.

She had written, "Quarantine Birthday! My kids’ birthdays are ten days apart and I had this dreamy idea when my son was born, that I’d combine their parties for as long as Khoi bags are interesting, and save myself the stress and planning that goes into kiddie parties. Because really, the unnecessary bar has been set quite high by too many, and some of them can be as tedious as weddings. And when better to economise on stress than during this time. Missy however had another plan in mind and complained to Papa that she wants a birthday of her own and doesn’t want to share her special day.. We caved and melted."
When Misha Kapoor had turned 3 on August 26, 2019, Mira Rajput Kapoor had posted a wish for her ‘sweetheart’ with an angelic picture from her infant days. She had captioned it, “I love you my sweetheart. Happiest birthday to my angel. I pray for your happiness my darling, God bless you always! Thank you for being the light of our lives!” Mira couldn’t believe how quickly her daughter has grown up as she had once posted a picture of her ‘big little girl’, Misha and had written, “My big little girl. Clicking you in the same spot since the start and suddenly you don’t fit in my frame! How did you grow up so fast. My darling. Naughty and kind. God blessed us. #mysweetheart.”
