Being a '90s kid, every millennial has watched the movie, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham again and again. While the movie had changed our perspective on relationships, even after so many years, we aspire to see ourselves in the shoes of the roles played by Amitabh Bachchan-Jaya Bachchan or Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol. Same is the thing with the star wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor, who wants to recreate a scene from the movie.
The then-most dashing bachelor of Bollywood, Shahid Kapoor had broken millions of hearts when he had got married to Delhi-based, Mira Rajput in 2015. Even after 6 years of marital life, the love between the duo has only increased and they often set couple goals with their adorable social media posts. They never fail to express their love towards each other and now Mira revealed a very filmy wish of hers, which speaks volumes about relationship goals.
On November 19, 2021, Mira Rajput Kapoor shared a love-filled picture with her hubby, Shahid Kapoor on her Instagram handle. In the picture, we can see Mira holding Shahid's hand as they posed for the camera. While Mira looked stunning in a rust colour dress with white floral print, the actor looked dapper in his white T-shirt, a jacket and military green coloured baggies. Giving a reference to Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Mira expressed her wish to frame this picture in the background while she (just like Jaya Bachchan) would climb on the stool to fix her husband's tie. The caption to her picture can be read as:
''Shall we frame this in life size for the living room while I fix your tie on a stool? #parampara”.
On September 19, 2021, Mira had taken to her IG handle to treat her fans with a glimpse of one of her hidden talents. She had posted a video where she was seen playing a few tunes on a piano. Alongside the video, she had captioned it as:
"Here’s something you didn’t know about me. I can play the piano! Well I’m out of practise, but I can read music, play my scales and play by ear. I can’t wait to get back to playing! I hated my lessons so much, probably because they were geared towards examinations but now I regret giving them up! Anytime I see a piano I can’t help but sit down and start playing. But it’s the same few pieces that I still remember. Now I think I should get back to it!"
However, Mira had given her fans a surprise as the camera had then panned towards her hubby, Shahid Kapoor, who was seen waiting patiently for her to finish. As soon as the actor appeared in the video, the text below read as:
"Husband photobomb. He waited till I played Bekhayali too."
On July 7, 2021, Mira Rajput Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor had completed six years of their marital life. To mark their special day, she had posted a mushy picture with her man and had shared how words cannot suffice the love she has for him. Mira had captioned the picture as:
"I love you more than words suffice. Happy 6, my love my life."
Well, isn't Mira Rajput Kapoor's reference to Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham worth melting hearts?
