Mini, who entered the headquarters with her alliance, Nikhil Chinapa, was among the five finalists who were in the race for the trophy. It was one of the most enthralling moments for Mini.

Reality shows are often shown with tasks and drama, where contestants play for themselves. But Alliance was different as no contestant entered as a lone warrior but had an alliance with them. Alliance built its entire game around partnerships, trust and strategy. Mini defeated fellow finalists Aly Goni and Ruhee Dosani in the final showdown. She got the correct code, and the system declared her the first winner.
Mini Mathur spoke about her victory in Alliance, calling it a ‘surreal’ moment
After winning the game show, Mini Mathur spoke to ANI and reacted to her winning the game. The television host called it a surreal moment, filled with lot of ups and downs. Revealing how the game challenged her in every possible way, Mini said:
“Winning 'Alliance' feels absolutely surreal. This journey challenged me in every possible way, emotionally, mentally and strategically, and every single day inside the headquarters pushed me to become stronger. There were moments of doubt, moments of joy, friendships I'll always cherish and lessons I'll carry with me for life.”
Mini Mathur’s gameplay and strategic moves in the show made her the ultimate winner. During one of the episodes of the show, her husband, filmmaker, Kabir Khan arrived with their kids, making it one of the most emotional moments in the game.
In the same interview, Mini spoke about being the ultimate winner of the show and revealed the one thing she would treasure the most. Speaking about the same, she said:
“Lifting this trophy is an incredible feeling, but what I'll treasure most are the memories, relationships and everything this experience has taught me. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who believed in me and supported me throughout this unforgettable journey."
Hosted by Kunal Kemmu, Alliance is the first international adaptation of Talpa Studios’ globally acclaimed Dutch format created by John de Mol. Apart from Mini Mathur, the show featured personalities including Ravi Kishan, Vanshaj Singh, Payal Gaming, Armaan Khera, Dolly Javed, Delbar Arya, Sabby Suri, Rivva Kishan, Kushal Tandon, Daisy Shah, Ruhee Dosani, Nikhil Chinapa, Niti Taylor, Arslan Goni and Zaid Darbar.
As the competition progressed, many new participants, including Sohail Khan, Agu Stanley Chiedozie, Vriddhi Patwa, Seema Sajdeh, Aly Goni, Kashish Kapoor and Bali, entered the show and brought fresh strategies to the game show. Kushal Tandon and Arslan Goni were the centre of the Alliance headquarters.
Though Kushal and Arslan entered the show as alliance but their partnership did not last long, and they turned against each other. The finale saw many contestants return to the show to support their favourite alliance.
