The first-of-its-kind reality show, Million Dollar Nannies officially premiered on Freeform on June 17, 2026, and the entire first season launched on Hulu the following day, on June 18, 2026. It is helmed by the executive producer of the hit series, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, so you can imagine the level of drama it includes. The show is reportedly unscripted and follows a group of eight elite nannies in their 20s who move to Ibiza, the summer playground for the world's top one percent.

Million Dollar Nannies has been generating significant buzz for its raw, unfiltered dive into the lesser-known sides of high-end childcare for the uber-rich. From the unrealistic demands of employers to the shockingly high fees and luxurious gifts received by nannies, there have been many shocking revelations. Among them, a former nanny for the Kardashians, Leah Barrs and another cast member, Taylor Hayward generated the most noise with their wild stories.

Taylor Hayward didn't judge Leah Barrs for sleeping with her employer

Million Dollar Nannies fame, Leah Barrs, who worked as a caregiver for Kourtney Kardashian, once slept with a man who hired her to take care of his child. This sent shockwaves among her castmates as it violates the core ethical standards of the nanny profession. Leah was immediately judged by the other participants of the reality show, who found her act offensive. While everyone questioned her morality, Taylor Hayward tried to be understanding of her.

Taylor admitted that sleeping with an employer was shocking, but also noted that she lacked crucial information about the incident, so it wasn't fair to judge Leah yet. Taylor would only be able to comment on it if she heard the full story from the woman involved, i.e., Leah Barrs. Taylor didn't want to make judgments based on incomplete, third-party information. She wanted to know details like whether Leah's employer was married and other relevant stuff. Her exact words were:

"Obviously I was shocked at first. I didn't hear it from Leah herself so obviously I wanted to know for sure. If he was single or if he was married and all of that. So I didn't know any details."

Leah Barrs' incident made Taylor Hayward open up about her own experience with her boss

After defending Leah against unfair criticism before her entire story was heard, Taylor Hayward opened up about her own experience. She shared that once, while working for a female employer, she felt quite isolated from the other nannies. She couldn't connect with them and felt quite lonely. At that time, Taylor had only her boss to confide in, and while sharing her struggles, she got a bit too close to her. Now, Taylor didn't mention how close they got and whether they shared an unethical relationship. Leaving the details vague, she stated:

"I got super, super close with [my boss], and I never really had any of the girls by my side the whole time. I kind of felt alone, and she was somebody that I trusted with everything. I told her because I just felt comfortable and that was like one thing [I regret]."

Leah Barrs later shared the entire truth about sleeping with her employer

Leah Barrs revealed that she got physical with her employer only because he was actually one of her friends, who asked her to watch his kid once. As per her, they even had a 'history' between them. On top of that, Leah revealed that the dad in question was not even married, so it's not as scandalous as it sounds.
