They had published the snaps of Dianna and Mike kissing passionately at a secluded bar in New York City. The snaps are from 2020, six years ago, before the latest photo scandal of the duo happened. Mike and Dianna were recently caught holding hands and hugging at an Arizona resort. As seen in the pictures obtained by Page Six, Dianna and Mike were seen in the Tribeca Tavern back in the early hours of March 11, 2020. The publication reported that they were seen kissing, and they were all over each other. An eyewitness also revealed, according to the publication, that Mike had a ring on.

Mike Vrabel, earlier in an interview with ESPN, revealed that he had promised his family, team and the organisation that he was going to give them the best version of himself so that he could possibly give his best to his team and family. Vrabel expressed his emotions amid the scandal and revealed:

"In order to do so, I have committed to seeking counseling, starting this weekend. This is something that I have given a lot of thought to and is something I would advise a player to do if I was counseling them."
