Amid this, a recent report surfaced claiming that Mike and his wife, Jen, are in therapy to save their marriage.

For the uninitiated, Mike has been married to Jen since 1999. According to a recent report by Marca, Mike and his wife, Jen, are in therapy to save their marriage. An insider claimed that Mike is going through a lot and holding pent-up emotions. The insider also claimed that nothing will change overnight.

As per the same report, Jen Vrabel feels embarrassed due to her husband’s alleged scandalous affair with Dianna. However, she still hopes to repair her 26-year marriage to Mike Vrabel. She is not considering divorce anytime soon. It is worth mentioning that over the years, Jen and Mike have been each other’s support system. The couple shares two sons.

On April 7, 2026, Page Six released the first set of cosy snaps featuring Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel. In the now-viral pictures, the duo was seen enjoying their vacation at a luxury resort in Sedona, Arizona, by holding hands, hugging, lounging and sharing a hot tub. Initially, it was believed that Dianna Russini’s husband, Kevin Goldschmidt, hired a private investigator and leaked the pictures to Page Six. But later, TMZ debunked the rumours and revealed that a local, unnamed couple was behind the fiasco.

Later, another set of pictures emerged. The pictures were from 2020, in which Dianna and Mike were having a moment at a bar in New York City. When Page Six released the first set of pictures, both Dianna and Mike denied any wrongdoing and claimed that they were part of a larger group. However, after facing extreme backlash for allegedly cheating on their respective partners, Dianna put her papers down at The Athletic. In her resignation letter, Dianna shared that she decided to step down in pain.

But according to Dianna, it was the right choice for her, her family and also for her career. Dianna highlighted that she covered the NFL with utmost dedication and professionalism. On the other hand, Mike Vrabel’s position with the New England Patriots remained strong. Players like Drake Maye and Hunter Henry shared their support for their head coach. Recently, NFL insider John McClain shared that the Patriots' owner, Robert Kraft, will not fire Mike. Sharing the reason, John said:

"His future’s not in jeopardy. What’s going to happen? Is Robert Kraft going to fire him for morals? I don’t think so. And the fans love him, the media loves him. He did a great coaching job last season."
