Melinda Gates Talks About STD Claims Against Bill Gates Leading To Divorce, 'I Left My Marriage'

Microsoft co-founder, Bill Gates, is under a lot of negative light after his name cropped up in the recently released Epstein Files. The documents linked to Epstein, released by the US Justice Department, claimed that Gates contracted an STD after having s*x with Russian girls. His ex-wife, Melinda Gates, responded to the reports, saying the files bring back painful memories of her marriage.

During a podcast interview with NPR, Melinda revealed that Bill Gates’ involvement with Epstein might have been one of the reasons of her broken marriage. Melinda stated that she went through a very painful time in her marriage. Stressing that he is answerable for his deeds, Melinda said:

“For me, it's personally hard whenever those details come up, right? Because it brings back memories of some very, very painful times in my marriage. Sad. Just unbelievable sadness. Unbelievable sadness...It's just sadness. I left my marriage. I had to leave my marriage. I wanted to leave my marriage. I felt I needed to eventually leave the foundation. So it's just sad. That's the truth.”

Bill Gates asked for antibiotics to treat an STD

Bill Gates’ name appeared in the latest documents linked to Epstein. In the files, the late sex offender claimed in July that Bill Gates asked one of his advisers to give him antibiotics to treat an STD, which was the result of "s*x with Russian girls". As per an email written by Epstein, he mentioned:

“During the past few weeks I have been caught up in a severe marital dispute between Melinda and Bill. From helping Bill to get drugs, in order to deal with the consequences of s*x with Russian girls, to facilitating his illicit trysts with married women, to being asked to provide adderall for bridge tournaments. I feel I owe it to my friends and future colleagues to admit a moral failure, to ask forgiveness and to move on with my life.”

In the same email, Epstein mentioned how Bill secretly tried to administer medication to Melinda after he caught an STD, trying to cover up his deeds. In his words:

“You implore me to please delete the emails regarding your STD, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda. I am concerned that if Melinda decides as you said to file for a public divorce, the damage done to the pledge program alone would result in billions of dollars of money no longer being used for social good as I'm sure that some wives and husbands would feel free to retreat from their commitments.”
