As per TMZ, Megan Fox has allegedly blocked her ex on Instagram, just days after rumours hinted they might be getting close again. The move has made headlines because the two now share a young daughter and were earlier trying to keep things calm between them.

The report from TMZ points to a source who shared that Megan Fox blocked Machine Gun Kelly on Instagram. If this action is taken, then all past comments and interactions disappear from the profile. Interestingly, Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, had earlier left comments on Megan’s recent posts. On her March 3, 2026, comeback post, he wrote that he was happy to have her number. In another post, he shared excitement about their baby. Both of those comments are no longer visible now. There is also a small possibility that he removed those comments himself. 

Megan Fox currently follows no one on Instagram. That includes Machine Gun Kelly. At the same time, he is also not seen in her followers' list. This adds to the idea that either she blocked him or both stepped away from each other online. According to the same source, their relationship has now ended again. Their connection is now limited to co-parenting their one-year-old daughter, Saga Blade Fox-Baker. Meanwhile, the Daily Mail has reached out to their teams for a response, but there has been no official comment yet.

A few months later, he revealed Saga’s name through a video where he played the ukulele for her. In the caption, he thanked Megan Fox for the “ultimate gift.” Recently, he was seen in Los Angeles carrying Saga during an outing. He was also joined by his older daughter, Casie, whom he shares with Emma Cannon. Megan Fox was not present during that outing. Around the same time, Megan returned to Instagram after a long break. Starting March 3, 2026, she posted photos and videos from a photoshoot. 

Her captions had deep and emotional lines about love and life. In another post on March 16, 2026, she shared a bold look with a short and striking caption. These posts came after months of staying away from social media, which made her return even more noticeable. Before all this, Megan Fox spoke about her relationship during an episode of the Call Her Daddy hosted by Alex Cooper in March 2025. She revealed that the relationship was not something she wanted to fully share in public. On the podcast, she was quoted as saying: 

“What I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption. So, I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se.”

That moment made it clear that both were trying to keep things private, even though their lives often stay in the spotlight. Megan Fox is also a mother to three sons, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.
