Even though he has always avoided interviews and spotlight, the billionaire is currently grabbing attention after he tragically passed away at the age of 43. Who is OnlyFans’ owner, Leo Radvinsky?

Leo Radvinsky was a Ukrainian-American billionaire businessman, who was best-known as the founder of the adult platform, OnlyFans. According to a report by Hindustan Times, he was born in the Soviet Union and later raised in Chicago. From a young age, he was interested in the internet and business. If reports are to be believed, Leo was an economics graduate from Northwestern University. 

During his schooling at Glenbrook South High School, Leo showed heavy interest in business and in 1999, he ended up launching Cybertania, which hacked porn site passwords. Over the years, he continued working in the online adult entertainment field. If reports are to be believed, in 2004, he launched MyFreeCams. Before his tragic death, he used to live in Florida with his family, according to a report by Hindustan Times.

Leo Radvinsky is the owner of OnlyFans

For those who do not know, Leo Radvinsky was the owner of OnlyFans. Reportedly, he bought majority stakes in the parent company of OnlyFans, Fenix International. It is worth mentioning that when Leo bought the stakes, OnlyFans was a small website; however, it grew into a billion-dollar business under his leadership. 

Talking about the website, OnlyFans was originally launched in 2016. Initially, it was a platform where content creators could earn money from their fans through subscription. In the beginning, creators shared content related to fitness and artsy; however, things drastically changed when adult content creators started joining. 

It is worth mentioning that unlike other websites, OnlyFans allowed adult content. This turned the platform into a major hub for adult entertainment, which eventually brought profit. When Leo joined in 2018, he was able to understand the idea of the business better as he already had experience in the same field. 

For those who do not know, OnlyFans is a subscription-based content platform. Creators can post their content, and viewers will need to pay them to see their content. If reports are to be believed, content creators get to keep 80% of the earnings, and the remaining 20% is taken by OnlyFans as commission. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the website saw a major growth. Reports claim that OnlyFans has more than 4 million creators and gets over 300 million users globally.

Leo Radvinsky’s tragic death

Recently, Leo Radvinsky tragically passed away at the age of 43. Some reports claim that the businessman died after a long battle with cancer. For the unversed, in his personal life, Leo was married to Katie Chudnovsky. The two got married in 2008, and as of 2026, the couple has four children. According to a report by Hindustan Times, Katie is a lawyer by profession. According to a report by News18, an OnlyFans spokesperson recently shared:

"We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time."
