Meet Nick Kyrgios' Ex-Girlfriend, Costeen Hatzi, Instagram Influencer, Owns Clothing Rental Company

Nick Kyrgios is one of the most talented and entertaining tennis players of our time. He is widely known for defeating many top competitors in the sport, including Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic, among others, during his long career. In fact, he was ranked as high as No. 13 in the world by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) in 2016. Now, in recent news, the tennis player is grabbing all the headlines after he participated in the Battle of the Sexes exhibition match at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.  

For those unaware, Nick Kyrgios' opponent for the December 28, 2025, match was none other than the women's world No. 1, Aryna Sabalenka. Although many fans thought Nick had no shot of winning, especially given his fitness struggles over the years, he shocked everyone by defeating Aryna. Amid this, let's take a look at his former lady love, Costeen Hatzi, who had been a constant source of support for Nick since they started dating in December 2021, until they eventually broke up earlier this year, in 2025.  

Nick Kyrgios' ex-girlfriend, Costeen Hatzi, has a degree in the psychological sciences 

Costeen Hatzi is currently 25 years old, which makes her five years younger than Nick. Similar to her ex-boyfriend, Nick Kyrgios, she is also of Greek descent. In May 2021, she graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Psychological Sciences. At the time, Costeen, referring to her college journey, wrote on Instagram, “No idea how we got through it but we did - Here's to the next chapter.”   

Costeen Hatzi is a social media influencer  

After graduating from her college with honours, Costeen chose the career that most people have been inclined towards as of late – a social media influencer. Not long after she began her career as an influencer in earnest, she quickly gained a lot of popularity. At the time of writing this article, her official Instagram account boasts a massive 175k followers. A quick look through her page shows us that she has a passion for interior design. Her followers are often inspired by her creativity and aesthetic sense. While she was with Nick Kyrgios, Costeen even used to share a number of adorable, PDA-filled moments with her then-boyfriend on her grid.

Not many people might be aware of this, but Costeen Hatzi, in addition to being an influencer, also runs her own business. In 2023, she launched a chic dress rental company called Style Studio. Based in Sydney, Australia, Costeen's company makes high-end designer garments like Christopher Esber, Rat & Boa, Mugler, Dion Lee, and others more accessible for her customers.

At the time of writing, the account has nearly 24k followers, which gives us a glimpse into how well Costeen Hatzi's business is going. In a 2024 interview with The Morning Show, while talking about her company, she said: 

“Girls nowadays, they only wear a dress once and then don’t wear it again…It’s good. It works for everyone, especially if you’re going to an event.” 

How did Costeen Hatzi and Nick Kyrgios start dating? 

According to a report by ESPN, Nick Kyrgios and Costeen Hatzi started dating in late 2021. Their love story began when the tennis player allegedly purchased a mirror from Costeen through her Instagram. Although the former couple fell in love at first sight, they went public with their relationship on January 2, 2022. They went official by posting a selfie captioned, “Not a bad way to start 2022,” on IG. And just two days after this post, Costeen boasted a massive bouquet of roses, which she received from her then-boyfriend on her page, while tagging Nick in the photo.  

While Nick Kyrgios and Costeen Hatzi were together, many people around them noticed the impact she had on the renowned athlete. To mention, Nick's agent, Stuart Duguid, claimed that the tennis player’s former partners weren't good for him in the way Costeen is. He said: 

“I’ve seen him in previous relationships, and they perhaps were taking him in the other direction. [Hatzi] lifts him up and gives him motivation and inspiration, and she’s just a great partner to him.” 

Nick had been immensely lucky to have a supportive partner like Costeen. On multiple occasions, Nick had acknowledged as much and revealed that being at peace in his personal life had a positive impact on his game. After he won a tennis match against Tommy Paul at the 2022 Citi Open, he said: 

“I think everything around me right now is amazing. You know, I’m fortunate enough to be in a really healthy relationship that’s loving. She supports me, and we just have fun.” 

Costeen Hatzi moved in together with Nick Kyrgios when they were dating  

Being so in love with one another, Costeen and Nick Kyrgios decided to take the next step in their relationship by plunging into cohabitation. In 2022, the duo moved into a stylish apartment in Sydney, Australia. When they were together, Costeen could be seen posting a treasure trove of moments from their daily life, be it renovating their living space, cooking together, or other cute couple moments.
