Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleNatalie Reynolds has found herself in the spotlight for the most bizarre reason. The Kick streamer and influencer recently bought the screen-used 'Cat in the Hat' costume, which was originally worn by Mike Myers during the 2003 film. After paying approximately USD 25,000 for the costume, Natalie now claims that the costume is haunted. She believes that Mike Myers’ soul is “trapped inside of the costume.” As her claims gain traction, fans are curious to know more about Natalie.
Meet Natalie Reynolds: all about her personal life and career
Natalie Reynolds is an American influencer, content creator, and livestreamer. She has established a solid fanbase thanks to her videos on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Kick. Natalie often makes short videos of pranks and challenges, and shares relationship content with her fellow creator Zachary “Zack” Huelsman.
Natalie and Zach have appeared together in several videos over the years. The pair have also publicly shared about their engagement.

Natalie was reportedly born on January 17, 2003, making her 23 years old as of 2026. She currently lives in the Los Angeles area. Not much is known about Natalie’s parents, siblings, or early life. This is because despite being a public figure, she prefers to keep those parts of her personal life private.
Natalie Reynolds says Mike Myers' soul is inside the costume that she bought
The screen-used 'Cat in the Hat' costume that Natalie Reynolds bought was sold through Propstore’s Los Angeles Summer 2026 auction at Lot 76. The costume had been previously worn by Mike Myers, leading Propstore to value it at USD 12,000 to USD 24,000.
The complete 'Cat in the Hat' costume includes a synthetic-fur Spandex suit marked with “Mike Myers #1.” It also includes a fur-covered rubber mask, gloves, and a red-and-white hat. The listing also notes that there is grime on the mask and matted hair on the suit.
Natalie Reynolds has bought this same costume for approximately USD 25,000. Propstore’s public listing highlights that the costume had been sold after 8 bids. Later, Natalie took to Instagram to show off the costume to her followers by posing alongside it. In the caption, she wrote:
“I’m blessed to now call myself the official owner of the screen-used Cat in the Hat costume worn by Mike Myers. This costume is one of the most haunted props in movie history, and I can’t wait for everyone to follow this journey. Stay tuned... #catinthehat #costume #mikemyers.”

Natalie Reynolds further added that Mike Myers' “soul is apparently trapped inside the costume.” She even said that the previous owner warned her not to look into the costume’s eyes. Natalie neither provided the name of the previous owner nor gave any other proof to back her bizarre claim.
In another video that Natalie filmed at night, she said that she could see eyes behind what are supposed to be empty eye openings. Some of her followers took to the comments section to point out that those shapes could actually be some type of support structure inside the head.
What makes it harder to believe that the costume is haunted, as per Natalie's claims, is that Mike Myers is still alive. In fact, Mike had recently appeared on Trevor Noah’s World Cup Watch Party. During his appearance, the actor was asked if there was any chance of Austin Powers 4 happening. To this, Mike answered, “Yes,” confirming that fans’ prayers about the long-awaited sequel have been answered.
It is worth mentioning that prior to Natalie Reynolds purchasing Mike Myers' costume, it was already a part of a bizarre online trend. Several videos that appeared to be AI-generated spread online, showing the 'Cat in the Hat' in different neighborhoods. This led police to warn that the images were fake.
