Judy Sheindlin has been a popular face on television for all these years. She appeared on Judge Judy, a reality court show, for more than 6,000 episodes. It started airing in 1996 and was later available for streaming on YouTube. Following the success of the show, a few spin-offs were also made, including Judy Justice and Tribunal Justice. The show ended in 2021 after a successful run of 25 seasons.

Judy Sheindlin recently created headlines after it was reported that her son, Adam Levy, is going to start a new show, Adam’s Law. The Independent stated that the show is expected to arrive by the fall and is a part of the upcoming shows planned by CBS Media Ventures for 2026 and 2027. Judy Sheindlin’s son, Gregory, has served as a prosecutor in the past

Gregory Everett Sheindlin is the son of Judy Sheindlin’s husband, Jerry. Gregory was born when Jerry was married to a woman named Suzanne Rosenthal. Gregory is mostly known as the founder of a law firm called Sheindlin & Sullivan, which he started with his colleague, Joseph Sullivan. He was previously a prosecutor and opted for private practice in 1998. For the unversed, Gregory completed his higher studies at the State University of New York and Brooklyn Law School. Gregory has been married to a video producer and interior designer, Laurie Pila, and they are the parents of a child. 

Judy Sheindlin’s daughter, Jamie, has maintained a distance from the spotlight

Although Judy Sheindlin has built a big fan base with her frequent appearances on television over the years, her daughter, Jamie, has preferred to keep everything about herself private. Jamie was born to Judy and her ex-husband, Ronald. Jamie has a child named Casey with her husband, Kenny Barber. A report by the New York Post in 2001 stated that Kenny was a police officer in Massachusetts. 

Judy Sheindlin’s second son, Jonathan, has followed a different path in terms of his career

Jonathan Sheindlin is the second son of Jerry and his first wife, Suzanne Rosenthal. Jonathan has pursued a different career since he is currently active as an ophthalmologist. He has also been employed at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, serving as an assistant professor for the institute’s Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences. Jonathan completed his ophthalmology residency at the St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center after graduating from the New York Medical College. He later completed a fellowship in vitreo-retinal surgery at Harvard University Medical School. Jonathan is the father of a child named Mia with his partner, Susanne Vasquez.

Judy Sheindlin’s son, Adam, has followed in his parents’ footsteps

Adam Sheindlin is the second son born to Judy Sheindlin and her ex-husband, Ronald. He served as the district attorney in Putnam County in 2007. Adam has also been employed at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the New York Prosecutors Training Institute, working as an instructor. Adam’s life has also been a little controversial for an incident in 2013, where allegations of r**e were made against his personal trainer, Alexandru Hossu. Adam was accused of trying to change the direction of the case when Alexandru was found not guilty. The claim was made by the Putnam County Sheriff, Donald Smith. He was later sued by Adam, who won the case in 2017, leading to an apology from Donald. Furthermore, Adam Sheindlin has two children, born from his marriage to Lori Leichtman.

Judy Sheindlin’s second daughter, Nicole, has started a nonprofit with her stepmother

Nicole Sheindlin was also born to Jerry and his first wife, Suzanne. Nicole was initially employed at the Legal Aid Society for a long time. In 2007, she joined her husband, David, and started a private law practice for civil and criminal litigation. Notably, Nicole and David are the parents of three children. Nicole even collaborated with Judy Sheindlin to start a nonprofit called Her Honor Mentoring, which helps high school girls to decide the right career for themselves with assistance from mentors. The nonprofit was also started in 2007. She has studied criminal defense at New York Law School and was previously enrolled at the University of Arizona and the State University of New York.
