Just like Phoebe, her husband, Cameron Fuller, is also an actor. Cameron’s father, Brad Fuller, is a well-known producer who has worked on a number of notable horror films, including The Purge films, A Quiet Place movies, and 2010’s A Nightmare on Elm Street. In 2017, Cameron graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in theater. After his graduation, Fuller pursued a career in acting and production.
Over the years, Cameron has appeared on several shows, including Insecure, Into the Dark, and The Goldbergs. He is best known for his role on The Last Ship. As a producer, he has worked on The Astronaut, Drop, and Wishful Thinking. In addition to his acting and producing roles, Fuller once ran a YouTube channel alongside actor Gregg Sulkin, where they did various challenges, had celebrity guests on the show, and shared vlogs.

British Vogue reported that Phoebe and Cameron met at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival in January of that year. However, they didn’t spark dating buzz at the time. A few months later, the duo was photographed on several occasions, including a hand-in-hand outing in London in April 2023. During the outing, the couple met up with Fuller’s father as they shopped around town.
Then, the duo appeared together at Wimbledon in July 2023, and they were seen smiling and giggling with each other in the stands. On February 18, 2024, the couple made their first official appearance as a couple at the EE BAFTA Film Awards Dinner in London. For the event, the Bridgerton star wore a white silk gown, and her now-husband, Fuller, donned a black tuxedo.
In May 2024, Phoebe sparked engagement rumors as she attended the Met Gala wearing a diamond ring on her left hand. The Bridgerton actress didn't confirm or deny the engagement when reporters asked her about her relationship at the event. The next day, E! News reported that Phoebe and Cameron were engaged and planning to get married.

According to reports, the couple got married on September 5, 2026, during a private ceremony at an 18th-century chateau in the Provence region of France. For the reception, the Bridgerton actress selected a second champagne-colored backless slip dress inspired by 1990s fashion designs.
Before finding love with Cameron, Phoebe was in a relationship with comedian Pete Davidson. Phoebe and Pete’s relationship was a highly publicized matter and lasted only about five months in 2021. In an interview, Phoebe explained that the former relationship taught her the importance of privacy. She said:
"It just goes back to being naive - I didn't think anyone would care. I was just being a young woman and dating, and somehow that provoked a conversation. There were lots of hard lessons I had to learn through basically just having a personal life."
