In a clip from the upcoming episode of her show, Baylen Out Loud, the 23-year-old can be seen visiting Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with her husband, Colin Dooley. Baylen revealed that she temporarily went without her medication during the trip.
And even though she was feeling physically better, mentally she was not feeling her best. Now, with the focus on Baylen, let us introduce you to her husband, Colin, whom she has called the ‘medicine’ for her Tourette's syndrome.
Who is Baylen Dupree’s husband, Colin Dooley?
According to reports, Baylen Dupree’s husband, Colin Dooley, is from Vinton, Va. He graduated from William Byrd High School in 2019. He has served in the United States Air Force. He joined back in December 2020 and has worked as a body bearer in the Honor Guard. For those who don't know, this involves participating in Air Force funerals where he would carry the remains of deceased servicemen, their dependents, or even national leaders to their final resting place.
Colin left the Air Force in November 2025 and has since been working as a real estate agent. In Season 2 of Baylen Out Loud, his career change was a big point of contention for Baylen’s father, Allen Dupree. This is because the real estate field is often considered unpredictable, and Allen did not know if it would be the best choice given his daughter’s medical needs.
But with time, Colin proved both to Baylen’s dad and the viewers that he was firm in his decision and would make things work regardless of the challenges. For those unaware, Colin and his now-wife, Baylen, met on a dating app. Colin was the one who sent the first ‘like,’ and Bailey later joked that they had love at first sight.
Even though Bailey had mentioned in her profile that she had Tourette syndrome, he was not sure if she was being serious. During an interview, Colin revealed, “I didn't actually know if she was telling the truth or not. People make jokes all the time on dating apps.”
Colin and Bailey eventually began dating in November 2022. On Baylen Out Loud, Colin had once opened up about the early days of their relationship. According to him, it was a little weird in the beginning when they would go out, and people would stare at him. However, he claimed that Baylen had the biggest heart, and he loved her for that.
Notably, Colin had a huge impact on Baylen’s life. The TikToker revealed that he was “her medicine” and that their relationship was meant to be. She was quoted as saying:
"He just understands me so well. He distracts me from a lot of the things that consume my day and my time…It just really helps just having someone there who gets it and understands me."
Colin Dooley reassured Baylen Dupree that he could “perfectly handle” her even if she went without her Tourette medication
Baylen had previously shared that the medication she takes helps her with her mood, including making her feel and sleep better. After she went without her medication on her Myrtle Beach trip, she admitted that she was feeling physically better when she got some sleep thanks to her sleeping pills. However, she confessed that it would take time for her to feel better mentally. Baylen said:
“Mentally, I'm not feeling the best. I would say I won’t start feeling like myself again until like a week and a half, maybe a week. In the past, I have missed maybe a day of medications. So having all of these emotions, it’s just my body being all out of whack. That’s how I used to be unmedicated.”
To her remarks, Colin claimed that he “didn't know unmedicated Baylen.” And even though he had only known “medicated Baylen,” it was not something he was too worried about, as he said that he would support his wife no matter what. In his words:
“You know that it's something that I can perfectly handle and not freak out about.”
