Mahima Chaudhry Reveals Her Daughter, Aryana Didn't Go To School For Two-Month To Keep Her Safe

Mahima Chaudhry Reveals Her Daughter, Aryana Didn't Go To School For Two-Month To Keep Her Safe

Bollywood actress, Mahima Chaudhry has gone through a lot in the past few months. It all started when the actress was diagnosed with breast cancer and with it began her difficult fight. But Mahima has put on a brave face and fought it like a warrior and now, she is cancer-free. She is also shooting for a film with the veteran actor, Anupam Kher. 

We woke up to Anupam Kher's appreciation post for Mahima Chaudhry. He had shared a video of Mahima, who was flaunting her short hair look as her hair was lost after her chemotherapy. He penned a long note and in the video, we could hear Mahima talk about the difficult journey of battling breast cancer.

Recently, in an interview with The Times Of India, Mahima talked about her breast cancer. Mahima shared that people had concluded without seeing the whole video that she had gone to America for her cancer treatment. However, she was in Mumbai and she is now cancer-free. She said:

"People didn't see the video fully, they have just jumped to conclude that I went to America for my treatment. But the fact is that I was very much in Mumbai."

Mahima also revealed that it was her daughter, Aryana, who was a pillar of strength for her. She shared that her daughter didn't go to school for two months during her recovery time. Mahima added that Aryana wanted to keep her safe from the Coronavirus, and took the decision. She shared:

"She categorically told me that she'll stay at home because she didn't want to risk the COVID virus from coming home as I was in my recovery stage. So, she didn't go to school when it reopened after the COVID phase. She took her classes online, they gave her that provision."

On the work front, Mahima will be next seen in the film, The Signature!
