Eid-ul-Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan during which Muslims observe fasts or roza. Apart from keeping the difficult fast of staying empty stomach without even a drop of water for the entire month, this is also about caring and praying for the near and dear ones. This is the day when all the gile-shikve's are forgotten and everyone comes together to celebrate the grand feast of Eid with biryani and Eidi. This year, Meethi Eid is all about praying and celebrating it with your family because of the 'stay at home orders' due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the nation. While the entire nation is busy celebrating Eid in their own sweet way, television couple, Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali also celebrated the auspicious occasion with their family. This year, Eid has brought a lot of cheer for the Bhanushali family as they now have a little angel, Tara. The doting parents gave us glimpses of how the entire family celebrated their daughter's first Eid.
On May 25, 2020, Mahhi took to her Instagram handle and shared an adorable video of her entire family wishing Eid. In the video, we can see Mahhi holding her daughter, Tara, while Jay was seated beside her with his adopted kids, Rajveer in his lap and Khushi in the middle. Alongside it, Mahhi wrote, "Eid Mubarak". Tara's official Instagram which is managed by her parents, Jay and Mahhi also posted picture of Tara's Eid look and a fun dance. Check it out below:
A few days ago, Jay had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared an adorable video of his daughter, Tara's first reaction on seeing him host. In the video, we could see the little girl in awe of her father's voice as he was busy hosting for his show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and in the end, she had lovingly clapped for her father. Jay had captioned the video as "Happiest moment for me when @tarajaymahhi saw me hosting for the first time and look at her reaction..the way she looked and reacted was priceless."
On the occasion of Mother's Day, Mahhi had shared an adorable note for her three kids. She had taken to her Instagram handle and had penned a note that could be read as "Our world, the most peaceful, inside our homes with these little angels who are truly keeping us on our toes, keeping us entertained, and busy! I know we are surviving this lockdown only because of you three.....you make us realize there's so much love, there's so much care, there's so much to give in life! Love you, my little babies!"
