The feeling of being a parent must never alter, be it for your biological child, adopted child or a foster child. Every child deserves equal love and care and TV stars, Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij are proving it with every breath. The couple had embraced the journey of parenthood when they had decided to fund the education of their caretaker’s kids, Khushi and Rajveer and had decided to make them a part of their family. Later, the couple was blessed with a baby girl, Tara and since then, we have never seen the two treating their three kids differently. Mahhi and Jay are often trolled for disregarding their foster kids, but the two don’t let those trolls dictate their lives. We have witnessed Mahhi crying when Khushi and Rajveer had gone to their hometown in the month of August 2020, and we had also seen Jay going to their hometown to bring them back home. For Mahhi and Jay, their kids, Khushi, Rajveer and Tara are equal and now, the couple has given us another proof of the same.
Mahhi and Jay had not only organized a grand party for their daughter, Tara’s birthday but had also planned a big celebration for Rajveer’s birthday and had thrown a welcome party for Khushi and Rajveer. Now, as Khushi has turned a year older, the family is in Goa to celebrate the special day and have been giving glimpses of their fun time there. Amidst all the fun videos, Jay and Mahhi shared glimpses of Khushi’s birthday party on their respective IG stories. While Mahhi posted a picture of the decoration with ‘Happy Birthday’ banner and cake, Jay shared a video showing Khushi’s expressions on seeing it. On Khushi’s birthday, Mahhi Vij had taken to her IG handle and had shared two cute pictures of her daughter to wish her. The little goofball had looked super cute in the first picture, holding a candy, while the second picture had featured Khushi and Tara in the frame. Along with the pictures, Mahhi had written, "Happy birthday to my firstborn love you Khushii." Jay Bhanushali had also taken to his IG handle and had shared a cute video with his daughter, Khushi. Alongside the video, he had written, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY @iamkhushiray God bless and lots of love to you and some facts about single boys who are not married at 40. @99neerav_ #grandhyattgoa." When Khushi and Rajveer were in their hometown, Mahhi used to share videos and pictures with the kids on her IG handle with miss you note. She was often seen shedding tears owing to the longingness. Later, her foster daughter, Khushi had shared a video message for her, which Mahhi had shared on her IG stories. In the video, Khushi could be seen asking her mommy not to cry as this would make her cry too. Assuring that she will be back soon from her hometown, Khushi could also be heard saying, ‘I love you mumma’ in the video. Rajveer too could be heard echoing his sister’s words, “Mumma no cry” in the video.
Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali never leave an opportunity to make Khushi and Rajveer feel special and loved. For the same, on Khushi’s 5th birthday, Mahhi had posted a heart-warming note for her little wonder, Khushi and it had surely made us all emotional. Her note could be read as “Wasn’t it yesterday that u were a baby in my arms? I looked at your precious face n wondered where life would take you.
