Lindsay Clancy Who Killed Her Three Kids Broke Down In Tears During Autopsy Testimony, 'Can't Do It'

Lindsay Clancy has pleaded not guilty to charges of the deaths of her children, as her defence claims that she was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis. On top of it, her medication and the doctors' inability to diagnose the problem further contributed to the horrific ordeal. Lindsay wasn't in her senses to understand what she was doing.
In the recent court hearing, another side of Lindsay was seen as she broke down during the triple murder trial. She was seen sobbing and crying inconsolably. As the proceedings detailed the autospy testimony, Lindsay's attorney asked the court that testimony was not necessary in the matter.
Stonebridge revealed her examination of the three children in clinical terms. However, Lindsay started crying and it was clear in the courtroom. Further, the Judge hearing the matter repeated the warning about the emotional nature of the testimony and stated that sometimes evidence presented at a trial creats an emotional reaction but as per law, one should not consider the reaction. The judge said:
"Sometimes there’s evidence that’s presented at a trial that creates an emotional reaction, but as jurors that have taken an oath to follow the law, you must separate reaction. The verdict in this case is going to need to be solely based on evidence."
Then another medical examiner took the stand, and used clinical terms to describe Lindsay's elder son, Cora's injuries on the neck. This left Lindsay sobbing louder and louder and she said:
"I can’t do it."
Seeing Lindsay's condition, the judge called for a break, and said they would be back after the recess to talk scheduling and the proceeding ended for the day. As Lindsay Clancy's parent walked out of the courtroom horrified, someone told them that Lindsay was sorry that they had to undergo all this.

On the other hand, her legal team has been claiming that she was suffering from psychosis. Clancy has pleaded 'not guilty' of the charges but does not deny that she carried out the killings.
She has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder over the January 2023 deaths. If she is found guilty, she would face life in prison without parole. Her ex-husband has been on her side and stated that she was trying to seek help from doctors and was taking a variety of medications.
Patrick also recalled Lindsay claiming that she was dealing with suicidal thoughts. And her condition kept getting worse and worse. He further stated that she kept changing pyschiatrists because her previous doctor wasn't able to diagnose her condition. Her ex-husband revealed that Lindsay started to lose a lot of weight and became depressive as she was going through a hard time.
