Kristin was Stephen’s girlfriend at that time, and the situation took a different turn when the spring break episode of the show arrived a month after the premiere of the reality series. The spring break episode featured Kristin and Stephen having a fight, where the former decided to be with another person. The dispute created headlines when Lauren and Stephen used an inappropriate word towards Kristin.
