Party Rock Anthem singer, Lauren Bennett's demise was announced by her former band, GRL. Amid this, her last Instagram post surfaced, in which she was seen crooning a famous Nancy Sinatra song with her band members. Lauren had captioned the post as:
"These boots were made for walkin! #countymusic. Trying again since my last post didn’t work!! Follow @larkspurcountrymusic for more music. Thanks for all your support, friends; it means a lot."

Well, the statement related to Lauren's death had said that it was with great sadness that the team shared the news of the passing of their beloved Lauren. Their hearts are broken, and they cannot begin to express how much she meant to them. A part of the statement related to Lauren's death read:
"We will forever cherish the love, laughter, and countless memories she gave us. Her beautiful spirit touched so many lives, and she will be deeply missed and forever loved."

Lauren Bennett passed away at a very young age. A shocked fan wrote, "I still cannot believe that you are truly gone. May the Lord welcome you into his arms and grant you eternal peace. Absolutely heartbroken by the news of Lauren Bennett’s passing. 37 is far too young. Her energy, voice, and beautiful spirit will never be forgotten." A broken fan also said, "I'm devastated. Rest in peace, my eternal Lauren. R.I.P."
Lauren's sudden demise has left a void in the hearts of her followers. A user wrote, "Really sad to hear that you’re gone, love. You were so sweet, and I enjoyed meeting you those few times we worked together. R.I.P. I can’t believe this… Rest in paradise. RIP big legend of some of our childhood, you will be missed in every single song you sang." Now Lauren has left behind her little daughter, Harlow, who is reportedly only 6. Lauren and Footloose star, Kenny Wormald were blessed with Harlow. Lauren had last posted snaps of her little munchkin reportedly in 2021.

Netizens did not want to come to terms with the fact that Lauren passed away. For the unversed, she was 18 when she kicked off her career. Lauren formed the Paradiso Girls in 2007 and, in 2010, launched her solo career. Lauren has worked with stars like CeeLo Green and LMFAO, to name a few. She then joined the group GRL, but it reportedly disbanded in 2015.
Lauren's death has come after a previous member of GRL named Simone Battle passed away in 2014. Her cause of death was reported as suicide, and she had died at the mere age of 25. Bennett was deeply affected by the death of Simone and, in an interview with PEOPLE, had revealed how one can never prepare for something like this. In her words:
"We’d just been in rehearsals the day before, learning choreography for our show, and the next day we were starting the morning as usual when we got the call. I still can’t believe it. I don’t think any of us can. It’s weird that we’re even sitting here, talking about it.”
