A former chef for Kylie Jenner filed a lawsuit against her after making some serious claims. To mention, Kylie has been slammed with two more employee lawsuits before. According to the recent report, the former ex-chef of Jenner made some shocking allegations about the workload, which not only left her in emotional distress but also led her to face a miscarriage.

To mention, it was only two months ago that Kylie was sued by her two former housekeepers, who alleged harassment, wage theft, retaliation, and more. Now, the former chef detailed the work culture while alleging her pregnancy termination. So, what allegations were made against Jenner? Let's have a look!

Kylie Jenner's former chef sues her as an intense workload led to a miscarriage

The LA Times recently reported that the former chef had filed a lawsuit back on Monday in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she revealed that she had to work 11 to 12-hour shifts for 5 days a week, even when she informed her supervisors about her high-risk pregnancy. She reportedly was denied reasonable accommodations. The former chef was hired during Thanksgiving 2024, and according to her, she had informed the supervisors about being three months pregnant, thereby asking for the required accommodation to protect her health and pregnancy.

According to her lawsuit, while she was denied the same, she had been assigned physically demanding work, which was repeated. Following her informing that she was three months pregnant during Christmas 2024, the former chef was allegedly assigned a task to lift and transform heavy food items across the street and uphill, without any help.

This particular work took a toll on the chef, as she alleged that she felt dizzy, was choking and gasping for breath, until a security guard came and helped her with water. Following this, in February 2025, when the chef was reportedly five months pregnant, she was assigned to Kylie Jenner's child's birthday party in Palm Springs, wherein she also allegedly received no assistance whatsoever, despite the demand and the scale of such an event. According to the chef, when she voiced her concerns and asked for assistance for the same event, she was ignored by her supervisors.

The intense workload allegedly took a physical toll on the former chef, who not only broke down in the bathroom during work hours, but also felt heaviness in her body that evening. The next morning, the chef had to be rushed to the hospital when she suffered haemorrhage, and that's when she was informed by the doctors that she had lost her unborn child. When the chef informed her supervisors of the same and asked for medical emergency, she was accused of leaving the kitchen staff in disarray following the birthday party. The chef also faced another haemorrhage following the miscarriage that led her to develop depression and collapse in the bathroom. And as a response, she was told by her supervisors that she was upsetting Kylie and making her depressed.

Along with these allegations, the former chef also reportedly revealed that she was never paid on time or for all the extra hours that she worked. The former chef, who didn't disclose her name, is now seeking unspecified damages with the allegations listed as 'pregnancy discrimination and harassment, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, wrongful termination, wage violations, and improper classification as an independent contractor'. Kylie is yet to make any comment on this incident.

How much do the Jenner chefs earn?

With a recent lawsuit filed against Kylie Jenner, people have been wondering what the salary for such an allegedly demanding job could be. While not confirmed, Kylie's personal chef, who is known as Chef K, reportedly had a base salary of USD 180K per year. Chef K reportedly worked for the Kardashians for more than a decade.
