From home-schooling, digital playdates with their friends, effective use of technology, DIY experiments, bake or cook their favourite food to some family bonding activities, it can help to ease your lockdown days. Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu are making sure that their little one, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu is engaged during the lockdown and while she understands she cannot go out due to the pandemic, they entertain her with different activities in the house.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Kunal Kemmu revealed how their daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu had kept them on toes during the lockdown. Sharing how her routine helps them with their daily schedule, Kunal said, “The one thing that has kept us on our toes is our daughter. Normally, in this situation, things could tend to get boring and lazy but we are aware that with Inaaya, we have some activities to do. Thanks to her schedule there is some routine that is still alive. She wakes up at a certain time and her time is divided into school and play time. In fact, she is aware that there is something called the coronavirus because of which you cannot go out of the house. Also, she helps us in motivating to do things.”
Revealing how lockdown is the best time for people to invest in their hobbies and what he is doing with his daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu at home, Kunal Kemmu remarked, “I believe a routine is important. The idea is to take one day at a time and count your blessings. I have had days when I have to crawl out of the day and get myself in the shower. My social media is the best way to know in what kind of mood I am. Be it playing the guitar or photography I read a book, write for a bit, watch something on television and then spend time with my daughter. Speaking of how the whole exercise of lockdown would go waste if everyone goes back to their normal routine without any restrictions, Kunal Kemmu concluded, “If we just start going back to the routine which was followed earlier, then this whole exercise of lockdown would go to waste. In fact, I was talking to Soha the other day that whenever I start shooting, I would like to check into a hotel till the time I finish shooting and be there for an extra week. Obviously there is no clarity as to when will we start shooting but the various producer bodies are deciding on certain norms keeping in mind the safety of everyone.”
On April 16, 2020, Kunal Kemmu had posted a slo-mo video of flipping his daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmy as she couldn’t control her happiness. Giving a glimpse of the toddler power and girl power, Kunal had captioned it, “Flipping into the weekend. #girlpower #toddlerpower.” Then a few days later, Soha Ali Khan had given a glimpse of ‘how to raise a happy child’. Sharing an all-smiling picture of Inaaya on being lifted high up in the air by daddy, Kunal, Soha had written, "How to raise a happy child - @khemster2."
After flipping her way to the weekend, Soha Ali Khan had revealed how her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu was ‘booked’ for the entire week. From Rooster Raga, Storm In The Garden, Of I Could Teach My Teach, Soda and Bonda to What's Neema Eating Today?, Soha had given a glimpse of Inaaya being spoilt for choices in the magical world of stories.
