Since then, they have been sharing cute anecdotes from their fairytale-like marital life, which simply can win millions of hearts in seconds. On the professional front, Kiara is now basking in immense success with her movie, Satyaprem Ki Katha. While Kiara's stellar performance has won the hearts of her fans, a certain section of netizens remained unimpressed with some scenes as the actress is married now. However, such negative comments have reached the actress, and she recently disclosed how she tackled the same.
In a recent interview with the Film Companion, Kiara Advani opened up about the negative comments she has received for doing certain scenes in Satyaprem Ki Katha. The actress shared that it was the first time she felt that social media was overbearing and overpowering. Kiara mentioned that she was not able to brush it off as it really affected her to see people questioning her work just because she is married now. Kiara shared:
"This is all too new for me because, on one hand, people troll you for very ridiculous things, but now people were trolling you because you are a married actor, and people expect you to say or do certain things. That got to me slightly. I was not able to brush it off. It was really affecting me.”

Further, in the same interview, Kiara Advani shared how Sidharth Malhotra swooped in and rescued her from such a negative atmosphere. The actress shared that although she was affected by the negative comments, she didn't discuss it with her husband. Kiara added how her husband explained everything to her. She revealed that Sidharth had told her there would always be these negative trollers, but there's nothing to sit and cry about because the actress doesn't know them nor do they. Kiara revealed:
"He had also seen it on his own and did not bring it on because he didn't want to make a big deal of it. He was the one who explained it to me. He said ‘Look there will always be these negative trollers…but if you’re gonna give so much importance to this, be sitting at home and crying and behaving like s**t has hit the roof right now. What's wrong with you? You don't know them. They don't know you. These could be like certain fans who did not like we got married. Just let it be. Why are you getting into it?"
In the same interview, Kiara then heaped praise on her hubby and called him maturely. Sharing what she realised, Kiara stated:
"I realised if he is so mature about it, why am I sitting and feeling all of these things? Thank God I have somebody who's got wisdom, maturity and experience in this matter to tell me don't give attention to this stuff."

In the same interview, Kiara Advani talked about her career post her marriage. The actress shared that there are a lot of things that she wants to do. The actress also mentioned that she has become more ambitious. Kiara also revealed that her hubby has helped her become more chill. She also praised her darling hubby and said that the conversations with him have made her realise that she is capable of much more.
Earlier in an interview, Kiara Advani also mentioned that Sidharth didn't want her to post their wedding video, and they had a debate before posting the video. Speaking about the reason behind the same, Kiara mentioned that her hubby is a very private person, and he likes to keep his life that way.
