Not Siya But Her BF Chetan Pushed Ketan From Lohagad Fort, Cops Reveal Post Crime Reconstruction

Siya Goyal and her alleged lover, Chetan Chaudhary, are the prime accused in the Ketan Agarwal murder case. The cops, reportedly, on the morning of June 28, 2026, had taken Siya and Chetan to Pune's Lohagad Fort to recreate the exact sequence of events that took place on the day of Ketan's demise. Now the cops have understood that it was Chetan who pushed Ketan, not Siya.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) (Lonavala division), Gajanan Tompe, in a media statement, revealed that, according to Siya’s description, the crime was recreated at the Lohagad fort. Superintendent of Police (SP) and other senior officials were also present (during the recreation). Now, according to fresh new developments, it was not Siya but Chetan who had pushed Ketan from a cliff of the fort.

Well, according to the latest developments, Siya's alleged lover, Chetan, allegedly pushed Ketan into the 300-foot gorge. Siya was the one who executed the plan and played a key role in it. Cops claimed that Siya, during the questioning, had claimed that Ketan's murder was premeditated. She had distracted Ketan by pretending to tie her shoelaces before Chetan came from the back and pushed Ketan. The cops reportedly had reconstructed the exercise, and the clip was recorded amid the ongoing investigation.

The investigations are going on related to Ketan's murder, and the prime accused, Siya and Chetan, are being investigated. The cops reportedly reconstructed the crime scene with the help of a fibre-made dummy. Well, the cops stated that when the crime reconstruction was done, Siya had spoken about the full conspiracy to them. Siya, according to the investigation, had admitted during the questioning and reconstruction that she and Chetan had planned to eliminate Ketan. The plan was for Siya to walk up to a higher point at Lohagad Fort and pretend to tie her shoelaces. Chetan had to come from the back and push Ketan. When the crime was reconstructed, it was confirmed that Ketan was pushed by Chetan, and he died immediately on the spot.

Siya Goyal reportedly had been to the fort alone and had rehearsed the murder. Both of them had practised and also prepared their answers, if they were caught by the cops. Cops noted that Siya and Chetan's plan was executed perfectly. One of the senior officers stated that Siya and Chetan executed the plan exactly. They had told of what happened and how it happened. Ketan had no idea what was coming.

According to the latest investigation, the cops suspected that Chetan may have pushed Siya's fiance, Ketan after he received a signal from Siya. The officers are yet to establish if Siya was involved beyond the planning of Ketan's murder. For the unversed, Siya and Ketan got engaged in February 2026. Siya was in a relationship with Chetan and had seen Ketan as an obstacle. His demise was first shown as an accident, and later, the alleged murder angle has now come into the limelight. Ketan Agarwal's dad, Vishal, questioned why his son had to die if Siya did not want to marry him. He stated that if Siya didn’t want to get married, she could have simply refused. They would have cancelled the wedding immediately. Why did they decide to take such a drastic step? Ketan's dad also shared that they had known Goyal’s family for 35-40 years. They never imagined something like this could happen.
