Well, now, in the latest update, the Pune Rural Police are investigating whether a third person was involved in the brutal murder of businessman, Ketan Agarwal. Well, his fiancee, Siya Goyal and her alleged lover, Chetan Chaudhary, continue to remain in police custody.

Social media reports reveal that the investigators mentioned that the Ketan Agarwal murder case is no longer limited towards both accused- Siya Goyal and her boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary. The police officers are thoroughly examining whether anyone else helped them carry out the crime.
The Lonavala Police had stated that it was important for them to investigate the possibility related to a bigger conspiracy and to also determine if a third individual had a hand in the cold-blooded murder of the businessman. Well, over the past few days, investigators have already recorded statements from many people linked to the case. It includes Siya's brother, Sahil Goyal; her parents, Praveen and Pooja Goyal; and other family members.

Police have also questioned the Mittal couple, who reportedly helped arrange Siya and Ketan’s marriage, as well as the cab driver who dropped the couple at Mumbai airport for their pre-wedding Bali trip. Well, as of now, no new suspect has been identified related to the murder case of Ketan. Although Siya and Ketan will continue to be questioned in relation to the high-profile murder case.
When Ketan Agarwal had danced with Siya Goyal's parents
An old clip of Ketan Agarwal dancing with Siya Goyal's parents at a family function in Pune resurfaced. The clip was from May 7, 2026, a month before Ketan was killed and showed him dancing with Siya's parents and relatives. Singer, Reetu Sharma, who had performed at the family function, had shared the clip, writing:
"On 7th May, we did a program in their family. Where you all can see they are all happily enjoying the program. How happy both the families were. We saw Ketan from our own eyes. Such an innocent child. Who knew this will happen to this beautiful soul (sic). Why saying no is more difficult than taking someone's life? We want justice for Ketan! She should be pushed from that fort where she pushed Ketan and killed him."
As seen in the video, Ketan's dad, Vishal Agarwal, was with Siya's parents, Pravin Goyal and Pooja Goyal. All of them were dancing on the song, Yamma Yamma and swayed to the words, "Bas aaj ki raat hai Zindagi. Kal hum kaha tum kahan." Ketan was also seen dancing with Siya's dad on Gadar song, "Main nikla gaddi leke" and everyone looked happy.

The family reportedly had paid Rs. 17 crore to book a palace and had arranged two private planes for the guests to fly on.
Ketan reportedly had doubts about Siya and wanted a background check on her before their marriage was finalised. Well, according to Ketan's dad, Vishal, his late son had opened up about concerns regarding Siya's extreme closeness with Chetan, as she would always bring his name up in conversations.
