In the earlier photos, Kelly beautifully flaunted her chubby self. Her style was always top-notch as she never compromised on it. In 2022, she shared a beautiful photo of herself taking the pledge on 'No Sugar Day'. And it seems her weight-loss journey began in 2023.
Kelly started dating Sid Wilson in 2022 after years of being friends with him. The same year, Kelly welcomed her son, Sidney. By 2024, Sidney looked healthy and flaunted her best outfits as usual. In 2025, Kelly and Sidney got engaged in July 2025 after he proposed to her backstage at Ozzy's final concert in England.
However, by 2025, Kelly's weight loss made headlines in tabloids. She looked unhealthy, with every vein in her body clearly visible. Kelly clearly called it a result of immense grief.
In 2025, Kelly talked about the weight loss and the trolling she received after her father's death. She stated that her weight transformation was a result of her emotional state. In 2026, she acknowledged her dramatic weight loss and stated that she didn't took ozempic or underwent a surgery but it was due the pain she has been going through.

Kelly Osbourne, in an interview with the Daily Mail, talked about wearing wigs to hide her scary weight loss. She revealed that a person could see every single bone in her body due to the weight loss. Kelly also talked about being in so much pain and feeling like a broken person.
At that time, Kelly chose to wear a wig and hide her excessive weight loss. She revealed that she chose to wear the wig to cover her face and so people couldn't see how skinny her cheekbones were. She said, "I wore a wig to cover my face, so you couldn’t see how skinny my cheekbones really were."
