Keke Palmer Breaks Silence On Romance Rumours With 'Hot Ones' Host, Sean Evans, 'That's My Guy..'

Keke Palmer has been hogging the spotlight for all things personal. For a long time, rumours had been rife that she was romantically involved with Hot Ones host, Sean Evans. Their recent date once again reignited the rumours. Now, amid the speculations, Keke finally decided to break her silence on her romantic connection with Sean.

On June 23, 2026, host, Jay Shetty quickly got down to business by asking Keke Palmer whether she is “serious about Sean Evans” during her appearance on Spotify's Conversations That Channel Culture. The Emmy winner did not shy away from the question and replied:

“Oh, we're talking about this? First of all, I love Sean Evans. I love Sean. Hey, Sean! That's my guy.” 

Well, Jay Shetty pressed Keke further about the date night that she recently had with Sean. The duo had been photographed earlier this month, on June 12, 2026, grabbing dinner in Brooklyn, New York. According to an eyewitness, they reportedly ate at an Italian restaurant called Lucali and were “locked in” on each other. Keke and Sean's dinner went on for 90 minutes, and although they did not engage in any PDA, the witness referred to Sean as “smitten.” Keke replied to Jay, saying, “We're hanging out.” She also teased that they “never know what could arise” and that she and the Hot Ones host were taking it “day by day, one wing at a time, so to speak.”

For those unaware, Keke Palmer and Sean Evans met for the first time in 2017 at the latter's talk show. They reunited once again four years later for another episode. It was in 2023 that Evans confessed to Chicken Shop Date host, Amelia Dimoldenberg, that he had a crush on Keke. He even called her a “very charming woman” on the show. In return, Keke shared the clip on her Instagram handle and called Sean “too kind.” Keke appeared on Hot Ones once again last year, in 2025, where she shared Sean’s viral moment. At the time, she even initiated a kiss with him, leading to more speculations about their relationship. She said:

“There’s one more thing I’d like to say, Sean. Because I saw an interview where you said, like, I was your favourite guest, you know, and all this really sweet stuff. And I know we’ve just had some wings, but I thought that maybe we could just have a quick smooch to see if there’s a spark.”

Sean Evans replied by saying that when he is dying, and his life flashes before his eyes, he will have their kissing moment as a snapshot. Most recently, in May 2026, he appeared on Keke Palmer’s podcast, Palmer Baby. Their flirty banter quickly grabbed fans' attention. There, Keke surprisingly referred to Sean as a “potential future suitor.”

As fans continue to speculate about her relationship with Sean Evans, Keke Palmer opened up about the things that she is looking for in a romantic partner. According to her, she is looking for a man who is clear and clear in his faith and someone who knows what they want to be. Keke was quoted as saying: 

“I’m looking for, first of all, faith. I’m looking for a God-fearing man. Somebody that really loves God and the way that they treat their friends, their family, the people they work with. They actually know him embodied. I’m looking for somebody that knows where they want to go. They are clear on that path. They are absolutely having clarity about where they want to go and who they want to be.”
