One of Katrina's fans asked the actress about what she likes the most being a Punjabi daughter-in-law. To this, the actress stated that she receives a lot of love from her in-laws. The actress also revealed that the famous Punjabi dishes, sarso da saag and makki di roti with butter are her favourites. Katrina's post can be read as:

It was during the promotion of her then-upcoming film, Merry Christmas when in an interview with the Quint, Katrina shared that Christmas lunch is one of her favourite festivals as she gets time to be associated with her family members. Moreover, Katrina added that one of her fond memories of Christmas lunch post-wedding was to introduce her Punjabi-in-laws to the same.
