In an interview with Lallantop, Yasmin Karachiwala revealed that Katrina Kaif hasn't had it easy in the film industry, and her struggles have been quite hard. The fitness expert also added that Katrina continuously works hard to get what she wants. Yasmin said:
"Katrina hasn’t had it easy in the film industry. Her struggle has been quite hard. She works hard to get what she wants, including the body types that she had in her movie.”

Going further in the interview, Yasmin Karachiwala revealed what kind of workout regimen Katrina Kaif follows. She said that Katrina does a mixture of functional training, pilates, and hard weight training. In the concluding segment of the interview, Yasmin revealed an interesting anecdote about the much-in-love couple, Katrina and Vicky. The trainer mentioned that it was only after being with Katrina that Vicky started paying attention to his fitness and body. Well, it reveals how influential of a wifey Katrina is. Yasmin added:
"Vicky Kaushal has started paying attention to his body after being with Katrina.”
During an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Vicky Kaushal revealed an interesting anecdote about his doting wifey, Katrina Kaif. The actor was asked who is more lazy in their relationship. To this, the actor said that when they are at home and they don't need to work, they both are lazy and become like a party of two lazy people. But when it comes to maintaining discipline, Katrina Kaif is more like a monster.
