After months of speculations, Katrina Kaif had finally begun her forever journey as Mrs Kaushal after she had tied the knot with the love of her life, Vicky Kaushal on December 9, 2021. The couple got married at the Six Senses Fort, Bawara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan amid their close friends and family. Social media is abuzz with pictures and videos of the much-awaited wedding of the season.
A few hours after their wedding, the star couple had broken the internet by announcing the biggest news of their lives on their respective social media handles. While Katrina had donned a red lehenga from Sabyasachi Mukherjee for the wedding, Vicky had donned an ivory-coloured sherwani. Vicky and Katrina had captioned their wedding post as:
"Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together."

A few moments back, we got glimpses of Mrs Katrina Kaif Kaushal's first look post her wedding with Vicky Kaushal. In the pictures and video, the newlyweds, Katrina and Vicky were seen taking a chopper from the Sherpur helipad in Sawai Madhopur. Katrina looked stunning as she opted for a yellow salwar suit with a sheer dupatta and mask. By leaving her hair open, she flaunted her red chooda. On the other hand, Vicky looked handsome as he donned a matching kurta. As per the reports of India Today, the newlyweds will land at the Mumbai airport but won't come out and will straightaway head to the Maldives for their honeymoon.
For their wedding day, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif had turned into Sabyasachi groom and bride. Katrina had donned a classic Sabyasachi red bridal lehenga in handwoven matka silk with fine tilla work and meticulously embroidered revival zardozi borders in velvet. In homage to Vicky’s Punjabi roots, her veil was custom-trimmed with handmade kiran in hand-beaten silver electroplated in gold. Her lehenga was paired with bespoke bridal jewellery of uncut diamonds in 22k gold detailed with hand-strung pearls from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery.

On the other hand, the groom, Vicky Kaushal, had donned an ivory silk sherwani with intricate marori embroidery and iconic Sabyasachi handcrafted gold plated Bengal Tiger buttons, with a silk kurta and churidar. The shawl was a tussar georgette with a zari marori embroidered pallu and borders. The gold Banarasi silk tissue safa was paired with a handcrafted kilangi and statement necklace studded in emeralds, brilliant-cut and rose-cut diamonds, quartz and tourmalines in 18k gold from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery.
