The reports are strong that Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to tie the knot on December 9, 2021. While neither the alleged soon-to-be-married couple has confirmed nor denied the reports, we believe there is no smoke without fire. Since October 2021, the media galore is buzzing with inside details of Katrina and Vicky’s alleged wedding, and now as we inch closer to their D-day, we got hold of their old interview where the alleged bride-to-be looked highly mesmerised by her alleged mother-in-law, Veena Kaushal.
Bonding well with your mother-in-law is important for every girl as she is the one, you can look up to after your wedding. Katrina Kaif had probably understood it way in advance as on a chat show, she was seen smitten by Vicky Kaushal’s mother, Veena Kaushal’s wise words as she had expressed her fondness for her.

Katrina and Vicky had got together for Film Companion’s show, Tapecast and during one segment, the actor had talked about how he keeps himself grounded despite the stardom and visits malls, cafes and more, giving time to his fans. He had further shared that it’s important to have people in your life who know you for who you are as a person, and can bring you back to reality. Vicky Kaushal had then credited his mom for the same.
Vicky had told Katrina how his mother Veena Kaushal keeps him grounded and brings him back to reality whenever she notices the slightest of change in him. He had said:
"Sometimes it's just my mom, who will just see a certain change in the walk one fine way and she will just be playing her Sudoko in the newspaper and she will be looking at me just like, 'Tu theek hai' Star ban gaya hai." And I will be like okay."
As soon as Katrina had heard it, she was mightily impressed with Vicky’s mother and had responded to him by calling his mom a wise woman. She had said:
"I like what you said about your mom. She sounds like a very wise woman. And she checks you out and says Hmmm, got my eye on you."

Vicky Kaushal’s love for his mother is visible in the way he pampers her and showers love on her. On November 3, 2020, URI: The Surgical Strike actor, Vicky had shared a beautiful picture with his mother, Veena Kaushal on her birthday, on his IG handle. In the picture, he had looked dapper in his trademark black t-shirt, which he had perfectly paired with white pants and a cool cap of the same colour. On the other side, Veena had looked gorgeous in her simple white and pink suit. But it was her cute smile that makes this picture breathtakingly beautiful. Along with this picture, Vicky had written, "Happy Birthday Maa!"
