After numerous speculations in the media for almost a month, the most-loved couple of B-Town, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif had taken the internet by storm when they had shared mesmerising pictures from their wedding. However, besides their wedding that had created a lot of hullabaloo in the media, it was their plush new apartment in Juhu that was making the headlines before they had tied the knot.
Several reports in the media had suggested that Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had visited Juhu’s plush high rise society in August 2021. After visiting the apartment multiple times, the duo had liked the property so much that they had finalised the deal and had decided to live in the same after their wedding. Finally, the day is here when they will be starting their new life in their own house!

On December 19, 2021, a lot of happenings were spotted outside Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's apartment in Juhu which indicated the fact that they are going to enter their new home today itself. Firstly, a pandit was seen arriving at Vicky and Katrina's new abode for the grihapravesh puja. After that, Vicky's parents, Shyam Kaushal and Veena Kaushal also arrived at the residence, accompanied by their son and daughter-in-law.
A few days back, a report by Pinkvilla had suggested that Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif had decided to stay in their new Juhu apartment post their marriage. The portal had also revealed that they were soon going to be the neighbours of the power couple, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli. In fact, when Vicky and Katrina had made their wedding official, it was Anushka Sharma, who had seemed the happiest seeing the couple get married and had confirmed the speculations in the media.

Reposting the pictures from Vicky and Katrina's wedding, Anushka had shared that finally, the construction in their neighbourhood would stop as the couple will move into their new home. She had written:
"Congratulations to both you beautiful people! Wishing you guys a lifetime of togetherness, love and understanding. Also glad you are finally married so that now you can move into your house soon and we can stop hearing construction sounds."
Earlier, while Katrina and Vicky had remained tight-lipped about the speculations in the media about their wedding, a real estate agent had spoken to News 18 and had revealed that the actor had rented out the Juhu apartment in July and had made a deposit also. The real estate agent, Varun Singh had also spilt the beans on the contract and tenure and had said:
“Vicky has rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal, an ultra-luxurious building, for a period of 60 months, that is 5 years. He rented the 8th-floor apartment in July 2021. The security deposit paid by Vicky Kaushal is close to Rs 1.75 crore and the rent for the initial 36 months is Rs 8 lakh per month. For the next 12 months, it is Rs 8.40 lakh per month, and for the remaining 12 months, Vicky Kaushal will pay a rent of Rs 8.82 lakh per month.”
