Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan is the daughter of the yesteryear star couple, Ranbir Kapoor and his wife, Babita Kapoor. Walking in her parents' footsteps, Kareena has also made a name for herself in the Hindi film industry. Now, she is married to the love of her life, Saif Ali Khan and the madly-in-love duo is blessed with two cute munchkins, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. Kareena is indeed a family woman and loves to give ample amount of time to her close ones. Proof of the same is once again found in her resolution for the upcoming year, 2023.
In a candid conversation with Rahul Ranjan for Brut India, Kareena Kapoor Khan revealed her resolution for 2023, which has a special connection with her family. She mentioned that she would strike some balance in her life. Moreover, she mentioned that her new year resolution also includes spending time with her parents and more importantly she would have a lots of fun and would be "just me, be happy". Elaborating on the same, she said that it is a big resolution in life to be just happy and peaceful, which is otherwise a very tough thing to do. The Jab We Met actress mentioned:
“Trying to keep the balance, it’s literally like standing on one foot, when you have two children and you are trying to work and do so many things.”

Further, she mentioned cutesy deets about the Kapoor family. She was asked about the big dish that united her family. To this, Kareena was quick to answer that it's the paya soup, which is the one big dish that they love eating whenever they meet. For the unversed, paya soup is mainly made from the leg bones and the hoofs of the mutton or lamb and helps boost immunity by being highly rich in minerals and nutrients.
In the same conversation, Kareena also said that since she had come from a big family and her first film onwards all were block buster hits, she also had to face some preconceived notions in society. She elaborated how even after coming from an illustrious home, she also had own struggles to prove herself.
She was also heard revealing that the big person in her life is her mother, Babita. Adding to it, she mentioned that this is the reason why her hubby, Saif always jokes that she, her sister, Karisma and their mother, Babita, who always stays together, is the holy trinity. To this, Kareena also mentioned that Saif is right by adding that whatever she and Karisma are today is only because of Babita.
Currently, Kareena is on vacation with her hubby, Saif and their cute little boys, Taimur and Jehangir. Earlier, on December 25, 2022, Kareena had given a glimpse of her intimate Christmas celebration in the UK. She shared a video on her IG handle, wherein we could see Saif donning a comfy white co-ord set paired with a shawl, red socks and shoes. He was seen playing a beautiful tone on his guitar while his wife was capturing the moment. However, he was soon seen getting distracted by his son, Jehangir, who started calling his 'Baba' repeatedly due to unknown reasons.
