Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are enjoying their vacation at the Pataudi Palace, along with their little munchkins, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. As we are hooked to our social media feeds, the stunning actress, who is quite active on the ‘gram’, gave a glimpse of her early morning at the palatial palace.
Before coming to the story, let us give you a brief about the Pataudi Palace. Known as Ibrahim Kothi, the Pataudi Palace was passed on from the last ruling Nawab, Iftikhar Ali Khan to his son, Mansoor Ali Khan, who was the last recognized titular Nawab. After Mansoor Ali Khan’s death, it is now held by Saif Ali Khan as his ancestral property. The palace is spread across 10 acres and has 150 rooms.

On August 29, 2022, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her IG handle and posted a video of her morning sports session with her hubby, Saif Ali Khan. In the video, Kareena was seen giving a tough competition to Saif as they played the game in the luscious garden of the palace. Along with the video, Kareena wrote:
“Some Monday sport with the husband… not bad…Amuuu are you ready for the game? @amuaroraofficial.”
In an interview with Forbes, when Saif Ali Khan was asked, “Which is your favourite space in the Pataudi Palace?”, he had retorted:
“I do not feel more at home anywhere else than at the Pataudi Palace. Every place else, somehow, feels rented and temporary. We have had many events here when the entire family–all the parents and kids–have gotten together, and these are some of my fondest memories in the place. From the middle of the palace, from an open chhabutra, you can see the moon and that is my favourite spot to sit in and look at the moon and the stars. My second favourite space is the library. Sometime ago, I renovated the palace and added some personal touches to it."

Speaking of how his son, Taimur Ali Khan loves to spend time at the Pataudi Palace, Saif Ali Khan had said:
"It was fun watching Taimur play hide-and-seek among the trees, and feed squirrels biscuits. He’s developing country interests and is no longer scared of bugs, lizards, or the black ants, that he now watches run up his arm with wonder."
For the unversed, as per multiple reports, the Pataudi Palace was estimated to be worth Rs. 800 crores as of 2020.
