The family of three are soon going to be four as Kareena and Saif are expecting their second child in 2021. On August 12, 2020, Kareena and Saif had confirmed the news of the former's pregnancy and had released an official statement regarding the same, which could be read as "We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family!! Thank you to all our well-wishers for all their love and support. Saif and Kareena."
Kareena often shares snippets of her life on her Instagram handle. On August 20, 2020, she posted a post-shoot picture, wherein we cannot ignore her pregnancy glow. In the monochrome picture, we can see Kareena flaunting her hubby, Saif's crisp white shirt. Her look was finished with naturally straight tresses and minimal makeup. On Saif's 50th birthday celebrations, Kareena had shared glimpses of her hubby's bash. She had posted two hilarious videos with Saif and had also flaunted her baby bump in a kaftaan-style dress. Talking about Kareena's pregnancy, in an interview with ETimes, her makeup artist, Pompy Hans had revealed that she had always wanted to have another baby. She had said, "I am very happy for her, she always wanted to have a second baby. This is the perfect time for her because she can't do much work.
